6 cyl. Engine turns over nicely, just cranks longer than it should before firing up. I've changed the plugs and the coil pack. Any suggestions on what may be keeping it from firing right up better? Thanks

Guy in New Albany? Just left him a message. Thanks man.

Anyone have a Firebird hatch laying around? Not the T/A hatch. Just the normal, stubby spoiler hatch, like from the 6 cylinders. Looking to do a wing mod and need a starting point. Prefer black, but not necessary. Kinda broke right now, so looking to stay around the $50 range or so. Thanks

92,000 miles. New front brakes, MAF sensor, timing belt, drivers rear tire. 4 cyl. Bought for my daughter for xmas '08. Has an intermittent issue with the driver's window not wanting to come down when its hot out. Works better as the temp goes down. MAF was replaced due to a MAF code being thrown. Replacing the MAF and rsetting the code worked for about 2 weeks and the code went on again. Tried replacing the MAF again under warranty. Same thing. Car runs great. "engine' light has been on for about a year now. Also needs exhaust 'over the axle' pipe. Car is in pretty nice shape for a '98. Only selling due to my daughter getting an '01 Jeep wrangler. $3,000 http://www.zeppelinsreef.com/images/kia.jpg

Gotta thank Brandon and the guys at IPS for spending time Friday swapping out rockers, trying to stop the drivetrain squeak I have. Spent allot of time, but it looks like it is a lifter. Damn it. On another note, I found someone else doing a similar bumper mod that is having a mold done, so my bumper might get started sooner than I thought.

I went to that show back at the beginning, when it was in Grove City, at the old Ramada Inn. Not sure what its called now. Then at the place out on Sullivant Ave., near Georgesville Rd. when it moved there. I used to breed Jungle Carpet x Diamond pythons. Casey Lasik stock. Among a few others. Highlighter yellow bands on black. Had Mark Bell Albino Burmese when they first started being available too. Some of the first of the albino burmese to hit the scene. Damn, that was a long time ago. A dude named Brian, from Michigan was one of the guys I used to hang and talk with. Cant remember his last name. Was one of the first guys into the piebold ball pythons, if I remember right.

Good luck Mark. Looking forward to seeing the new numbers.

My daughter's birthday is today and she asked about going to the event Friday. If anyone has any Friday passes they aren't going to use PM me. Thanks.

I have 2 on the West side of the house and 4 on the North side. They like allot of Sun. All the rain this year has seemed to slow their growth a bit so far .

I have several cold weather banana trees. This is their 3rd year coming back. Big, 6 foot leaves. Ornamental bananas only. Nothing you can eat. Mine haven't gotten any fruit yet. But they look cool as hell. Very tropical. You just hack them off at ground level in October, and put a couple feet of mulch over the rhyzome, and they come back up about mid April. They come back in groups of about 6 or more. I am trying something different this year. Trying to keep cutting back the new ones that show up, so the main one gets as tall as possible. Singles like that are said to get 12-15 feet tall in an Ohio summer. They grow very fast once July is here. Got them at Dills Greenhouse on Rt 33. Musa Basjoo is the ones that are cold weather.

The Trans Am Nationals are coming up in August in Dayton. Here's a link http://www.78ta.com/nats/ At the bottom of the page is a contact link. The guy that runs the 78ta site is a Trans Am guy. Maybe send him mail. He may have some info or be able to steer you to someone who would know for sure about the car. Nice find, BTW.

Posting this for a friend on another forum. Here are a couple of his posts so far: "I have a rental property that is adjacent to my property. There is a group of people living in the house that are loud at all hours of the night, dont take care of the property, and are overall just bad people (i.e. Lengthy criminal record including weapons charges, assault etc...) I have called the police multiple time to complain. One time it was at 3 am when the were racing their trucks in the back yard. The also made a fake body and put it in the street. It was run over and within minutes several police and fire were tied up because of these idiots. The police are no help....we can't arrest them because they are annoying you. The HOA is no help because it is not within the subdivision. The landlord is no help because he thinks they are the nicest people. We even offered to pay the rent to him if he would kick them out ($750 a month) and he turned that down. I'm am completely frustrated. Now I fear for my house and safety. I also heard from the landlord that they might sue me for harassment! Come on!" " They were full size pickup trucks. I am just worrying about my property. How do you reason with a criminal that does not care about the police or anything else?" "Just a little update.... Last evening they posted an ad on craigslist listing my name and address saying that I have a free clubhouse and lawnmower. So within a few minutes I had all kinds of people walking around my yard while I was at work. My neighbor saw all what was going on and got everyone out of my yard. Once I thought I had that under control the animal control shows up. They received a tip that my neighbors dog was running around the neighborhood. which of course it was not. I have no evidence that it was them, but 1+1 = 2, right? These idiots just make me sick to my stomach." He has talked to New Albany police, but they don't seem to want to get control of the situation. Here is the thread on our reef club site if anyone wants to see some of the advice given so far http://www.corareef.org/forum/showthread.php?t=12029 He is a laid back dude with a wife and young kid. Doesn't deserve this at all. Anyone know anybody with New Albany PD that might enjoy rattling their chain? Or have any good ideas that won't land him in jail? I'd appreciate it. Thanks

Nope. It has to be an OHIO BMV issued plate.

Here's a link to the House Bill, HB 107: http://www.legislature.state.oh.us/bills.cfm?ID=129_HB_107 There are places on the left of the page to view where it is at in committee. Law enforcement is fighting it hard again this time. They are saying all the new license plate readers they are having put on the cruisers use the front plate as a target, as well as the back plate. That removing it would mean they would only be able to check vehicles heading the same direction as the cruiser. And the Timothy McVeigh story has come up again also. We only got him because he was stopped for a front plate violation (while its great he was caught, that story gets old when told over and over again as a reason not to drop the front plate) Anyway, thought some may like to see the link to the actual legislation.

Thanks. Its hard trying to come up with something that hasn't already been done with these cars.

The right offset wasn't available in the 19 x 10s. Might be by now, but only the Z06 offset was available when I got the back rims. The spacer arrangement is actually very strong. Not sure I'd try it with slicks at the track, but I feel pretty safe with street tires, even the softer compound of the Nittos. I've pulled the tires off a few times now and inspected the spacers and tried to re-torque the first set of lugnuts. They never budged.

Thanks Anthony. Reason I'm asking on the old car is thats the rear wing I'm looking to do and want to see if he wants to trade for the TA wing I have on now.

Thanks guys. Yep. C6 Z06 Spyders. Build thread is here: http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=70304&highlight=zeppelin It auto closed since I haven't posted there in a bit. I have a PM in to Anthony to get it re-opened.

Me too. Car only has 25,000 miles on it.

LOL. Not unless they moved the rods right under the valve cover on some LS1s.

Used to be my old car. Heard it may be back around the area. Anyone know? http://www.zeppelinsreef.com/images/war_eagle/My-Formula1.gif Thanks
