BJ's Brewhouse is good, but not exactly something I'd dress up for. Their beer selection is fantastic though, but you don't drink, so meh.
Insurance is gonna skyrocket up to WRX land once all the vaping flatbillers' parents start buying all these up for their shitty kids and they all start landing in ditches.
bro check out my new Hyundai! It'll be fun in 8 months when it snows that one or two times this year I promise.

If anything goes wrong related to those mods, it won't be covered. From what I've heard and read online, Ford dealerships may not even touch a modded car at all.
Actually looks like they're mostly right outside of your price range, but this one is pretty close. Already lightly modded and a motivated seller, so he may come down a bit.

Mustangs are more comfortable for daily duties, but my experiences are between a base'ish model stang and a camaro with the stiff track pack and snug recaros.. so I could be wrong. Both are relatively garbage in bad weather though, compared to anything fwd mentioned above. I would check out a newer (2015?) WRX.
I don't watch sports. I heard some Aaron Hernandez dude died or killed himself though.. so there's a hangman pic with his name under it, because he died. Okay. Guess I'm missing the funny part.
If you're looking for less than a week turnaround time now, in the Spring right after tax returns, good luck with any shop. That said, for anything LSx-related talk to John Moore.
