PS3. No red ring of death, can play Blu-Ray, and plenty of good games out there for it. Or go "cheapy" like me and get a Wii + mod chip, and have all the free games you want. #3, if the motor is perfectly fine, I don't think you will get enough enjoyment out of the upgrade to a little more HP from the motor swap. #2, springs yes, rims...the Cobra rims look pretty decent, leave them.

The property tax on my rental property went up $300/year. I received a letter earlier in the year stating that my real estate assesment was the same as it was 3 years ago, and stated my taxes would NOT go up unless a levy was passed. As far as I am aware, no levy was passed. I know the last Reynoldsburg school levy failed (as it should, those f'er's not only get tons of cash from property tax, they also get income tax as well!). Does anyone know why it went up, or where would be the smartest place to contact about this (I know e-mailed the county auditor would be a waste of time). Our taxes also went up on our home, but we are in Hillard schools, and their levy passed (which is fucking bullshit...if you have kids, YOU should be paying for their schooling, not me...I didn't tell you to go breed).

No, I burned a copy to DVD, and use the disc just like I would if I were using the original disc. But you HAVE to have a mod chip to do this.

My wife got me the Guitar Hero Aerosmith Set for X-mas (game + two guitars) for our Wii. I have a mod chip, so I don't need this game. Brand new, unopened. $25 Also willing to trade for Wii accessories (plus cash depending on item). Could use two more controllers, wireless nunchucks (no interest in wired ones), drum kit, microphone kit, Wii Zapper. No interest in ANY game trades.
