  1. #1: There is no "fuzzy" HD, or not as clear HD. It's a digital source. #2: Ghosting is called ingress, comes from over the air signals getting in, and can come from a number of sources (bad connections, junk cable, loose fittings, damaged lines, junk TV if using the TV tuner to tune, etc.). #3: The 225 problem can be an ingress issue as well (can also impact a couple other digital channels as well); make sure your fittings are tight. Certain digital channels, if ingress is bad enough, can cause issues with data, causing freezing and digital breakup. I know it isn't a provider issue, as I watched Deadliest Catch in HD and there wasn't a bit of breakup. #4: Fuzz and digital breakup sounds like a signal level issue. With the pile of storms we had, it is quite possible something could be damaged. Call in for a service call to have it repaired.
  2. $95 to fill the Avalanche up a couple days ago. Sad part is it wasn't even empty...I could have went another 100+ miles on that tank. Thank god my boat is good on gas, because this shit is hurting. Still used about ~$90 towing to/from Muskingum + boating all day.
  3. I disagree. My 94 Mustang GT with 200k+ on the clock had no surface rust (excluding a dent that was poorly repaired by a body shop...can't blame Ford for that); it spent many winters as a daily driver. My Formula has no surface rust either, and spent a number of years as a daily driver. Hondas are known for being rusty. That said, the rust isn't that bad, and seems like a decent price for what is done to the car and its overall condition.
  4. The money thing and child thing are two seperate subjects. For the child thing, fight for whatever you want. Shared or full custody. For the money thing, hide assests. Do research on doing so. If shared custody, fight to pay no child support. And if you get married again, get a freaking prenup. My fiancée are working on ours now. Only idiots say it is "setting yourself up for failure."
  5. I bet it doesn't. Leather, power windows/mirrors/locks, Navigation, etc. weigh some, but not NEARLY that. Removing sound deadening would relieve more of the weight. But you could gut that interior and not even loose 300lbs. And that weight is 4170.....
  6. Lame fireworks display. Had I known the weather was going to continue to hold out, I would have taken my boat to Buckeye Lake for their fireworks.
  7. Gay. Drag racing is a 1/4 mile. Anything less is lame.

Ehhh, crappy weather, I'll pass. I'll be out on Muskingum tomorrow. I don't go to Buckeye Lake unless I have to; shallow, nasty, and choppy...why the hell would I want to go there? Nothing like having your slalom ski dragging on the bottom of the lake trying to get up. Or tearing up a prop. Or so freaking choppy the only thing you can do is tube.
  9. No idea; I don't boat unless there is a motor behind me. And that motor better be way bigger than a 10HP jobber. I just see them out on Griggs when I'm boating there.

What fireworks? You obviously can't see Red, White, and Boom from there. I also discovered last year you can't see it from Griggs Resivoir either. Does Buckeye have its own thing? I might consider it; I'm not a fan of putting my boat into that lake, but I'm not against the idea.
  11. The little bitch should be banned for being a cry-baby douche. I've read all his PM's and reported post. Whaaaa, you deleted my post, my pussy hurts.
  12. Umm, getting shot for being a theif is a work-hazard. They chose that profession, knowing full well they can be shot. Just like a cop knows he is in danger of being shot on the job. Or a Fireman of being burned. I 100% support what this guy did. And imagine that, they were illegals too. But where are the bleeding heart liberals saying the illegals are just here trying to make an honest buck. Think about it, if more crooks were shot and killed while doing a crime, wouldn't that send a pretty strong message to other would-be theives?
  13. Hoover would be a great lake if it didn't have that stupid 10HP limit. These pics support that. Shawn, I see a number of people Kayaking on Griggs Resevior. I'm out there pretty often since my fiancée's condo is next to it. There are a decent chunk of power-boats out there (1/2 being wakeboard boats, which tend to have people that know what they are doing on them, since they probably don't want to wreck their 50k+ boats). Easy, local place for you to get to, I think they even have Kayak clubs that meet there. No lake lice to deal with either.
  14. We looked before the gas crunch, so I am sure prices were different then. But luckily my fiancee is happy w/ her A4.
  15. I would love to go, but with 2 weeks in Sept. used up for the wedding/honeymoon, and trying to save back a little vacation for X-mas, it is too much of a stretch to go. Plus I have Bubbapaloza the 16th, and tons of wedding prep stuff. Janet and I talked about it, but it's just too much all at once.
  16. Or proof of whether it was a "V-Spec" version they may release later or not either. The time was never confirmed, which is total BS why magazines compare that time to other cars that have confirmed times.
  17. I run three 22" Samsung SyncMaster 220WM monitors and love them. I also have a Westinghouse 22" LCD as well that I replaced these with only because I wanted a matching set. Honestly, my Westinghouse looks great too. http://img385.imageshack.us/img385/3977/dsc04253yx5.jpg
  18. Hell, the pic alone says it all. Like a Lexus buyer is going to buy a car with a HUGE wing hanging off the back of it.
  19. My fiancée was looking at one when she was shopping for cars. Loved the sunroof and the exterior look, but neither of us felt the interior was up to par for a Benz, at least for the price they were going for at the time. Niffty cars though. Time for a pulley swap. Looks like you found a rare one since it has Nav.
  20. The LT1 shafts are strong, but are hard to impossible to get balanced correctly...never could get mine balanced 100%. Great as a spare though.
  21. A car Lexus still states is a CONCEPT car on who knows what kind of rubber/cost vs. a production car for race-track numbers. Just like how the GT-R still hasn't had any CONFIRMED numbers yet, unlike the ZR1's, which happened to not be behind the wheel of their main driver = will most likely be a faster time.
