  1. Most fast drag cars are auto's, and a Glide was probably the best choice possible for that car (light/compact, and not too steep of a 1st gear). Though that car is pointless and odd, it's different. I bet it has some significant problems that weren't mentioned though.
  2. More: Empty bedroom (it's really hard to photograph that room): http://www.cofba.org/users/nitrousbird/House/Room%20-1.JPG http://www.cofba.org/users/nitrousbird/House/Room%20-%202.JPG Outside of house. Note that the stupid bushes at the front of the house and around the light pole have been removed long ago; all of my outside pics are outdated: http://www.cofba.org/users/nitrousbird/House/JoeBrodman%5B1%5D.jpg http://www.cofba.org/users/nitrousbird/House/House-1.jpg Dexter, the 14.5 year old 110lb black lab, w/ a little German Shepard in him. The flowery tree is actually in my yard; only looks like that 1 week out of the year; the rest of the time it looks like a normal tree: http://www.cofba.org/users/nitrousbird/House/Sitting%20and%20smiling.JPG http://www.cofba.org/users/nitrousbird/House/cutedexter.JPG
  3. Pics Pics Pics. But let me explain the layout of the house. The front half is basically like a ranch. Garage is on ground level, as is the kitchen and front room. The back half of the house is like a split level. Interesting layout you don't come across often. 4. Imagine that, 3 of the 6 reported in the US are from San Francisco.
  5. I get this bad rep on here. I've spent my fair time on Hondas; did the clutch on a CRX a couple weeks ago.
  6. PM me with any info on yourself, and when you are available to see the house. I haven't seen you post much here, so I'd like to know a little more about you (I've never lived with people I wasn't previously friends with, so this is a new "adventure" for me).
  7. No, these two are a tie for the ugliest (for late model V8 Mustangs anyway): http://a904.g.akamai.net/7/904/506/v0003/images.autobytel.com/cyber/190343/iNL7261F_1.jpg http://www.mach1registry.com/photos/wheel.jpg
  8. I don't have to live up there. I work in residental areas every day, going into these homes/neighborhoods. I've seen about all of northern Franklin county that there is to see. Schools/crime rate around here are just fine. There are plenty of nice, higher $$ neighborhoods around here too. BTW, Worthington, Westerville, Gahanna, Dublin, etc. all have their higher crime areas; none of those areas are perfect by ANY means.
  9. Just make sure to be CLEAR that it is a non-refundable deposit. If he buys the rims by x time frame, then the deposit goes towards the rims. If not, he gets no money back. My rooamte had a problem with this when he was selling a built 355 LT1 shortblock. A guy gave him a small deposit, then backed out, wanting some/all of the money back. My roomate didn't really know what to do, but I told him to tell the guy to eat shit, as he passed up other sales because of this. You don't get deposits back on things you have someone hold for you. So be VERY clear about it, and all should be good.
  10. There's a stove, but no oven. Just a two burner, portable counter top stove; I use it all the time. The reason I don't have one is there is no 220V electric for one, only gas. You can't find a used gas stove, and new ones are expensive. Electric you can find used (or cheap new ones), but I'd have to run a 220 line/outlet (easy), and wire in an ad-on box for my circuit breaker (not so cheap/easy). I don't really have any good/current pics of the house. I guess I can break out the camera in the next day or two and snap some pics.
  11. Why live in some lame apartment with neighbors walking across the ceiling/pounding on the walls all hours of the night? While paying a small fortune to do so, and still paying utilities!! I'll never live in an apartment, and neither should you. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom HOUSE in Reynoldsburg. Fairly quiet, crime-free neighborhood (try saying that about most apartments, even EXPENSIVE ones). All utilites paid for; gas, water, electric, sewage, etc. FULL cable options. I work for WOW, so I get almost everything free. 4Mbps internet connection, DVR, all digital, HD, and premium channels. No phone (I have no desire for a house phone), but if you want one, you can get it thru me for $20/month w/ all features and unlimited local and long distance in the US (can't beat that). And it would be all yours. Fully furnished house. Home theater, cable in all rooms, everything you would need to live except basic bedroom items (bed, dresser, etc.). The good/bad: - I have a dog, so if you don't like dogs, this may not be the place for you. Now he is a very sweet, gentle old lab, doesn't get into things, doesn't jump or get on furniture, doesn't chew, very rarely barks (he's more of a doorbell than anything else). He pretty much just leaves you alone. Ask anyone on this board who has been to my house; Dexter is a very awesome dog. - The garage space is NOT available. There are storage units within 2 minutes from here you could rent out if you NEED garage space, but mine is full. That said, there is plenty of on-street parking and driveway parking. I live in a culdasac, so traffic is at a minimum = cars are safe on the street. - You gotta be a decent roomate. 3am parties in the middle of the week....ummm, no. You and your guests gotta respect my stuff, as me and my guests will do the same. No douche bags, or people who will lecture me for going out on a Saturday night and having a good time. Gotta be easy going. You don't have to be a neat freak, but no total slobs either. - 100% MUST pay your rent on time without me asking.....I'm not putting up with that again. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. I'm pretty laid back, and don't like having to beg someone to pay their freaking rent. That's it. I'm really pretty easy to get along with/live with. I have references of past roomates if you want. Cost: $350/month. That includes EVERYTHING mentioned, no other costs. I've looked around, that is a VERY competitive price for anywhere non-ghetto. 14. North = higher taxes + higher real estate costs without really gaining anything expect maybe some extra snobby neighbors. No thanks. I'm going to bet Anthony would agree with that.
  15. I spent a year unemployed. I tried finding good jobs in my direct field, and got nowhere fast. Unemployment runs out, and I take the first crap (aka Calltech) job I can find. From there, it opened the door to where I got into the cable field. Though I don't use many of my past skills there, I've moved up the food chain very quickly there, and am now making decent money again. Sometimes you have to broaden your horizons. I'm not making what I used to a Lucent, but I'm a lot closer now than I was even a year ago.

    Ewa Sonnet

+1 Her nipples are freaking massive; the size of my hand! The boobs just hang down a lot too; I can imagine the insane droopage they will have in a couple of years. They don't look good at all.
  17. I have a TON of deductions, so I gotta do the long form.
  18. I've been doing my own taxes since the 1995 tax year (when I was 16), and have used nothing but Turbo Tax. I've always done them myself, and it's a pretty easy program to use.
  19. Just a FYI, but all Pioneer "XM ready decks" (even the older ones) now work w/ Sirius, as there is now a tuner available for it. This is something that has recently happened.
  20. Nah, it's very easy to put one in, but you have to get under the car (I'd assume the harnesses haven't changed on the T56 at all). Basically, there is a harness going into the tranny. You simply unplug that harness, plug it into the eliminator. It's that easy. You can make one for a couple of bucks, but you don't get something as professional looking, and since it is only a $30 purchase, it only makes sense.
  21. Come on, spill it. How does it compare to your Cobra? All around, at least as much as you can tell so far.
  22. It can be moved around. You have to muscle it, though, as it is designed to stay stationary unless you WANT it moved.
  23. When I said perform, I mean all around performance. Straight line, cornering, braking, etc. And I mean this on equal compound of rubber (no full on road-race slicks or anything). Yes, for a couple grand the future Cobra should be able to compete equally in a straight line. It's that braking and handling equally that will be far more of a challenge (from the big weight penality, tire width, suspension tuning, braking, weight distribution, etc.). The Z06 is going to cost a lot for a reason!
  24. What do they have for the Deluxe? I mean, if the coupons equal out to paying the same price as Basic, I'll do that instead.
