Since I don't own this van, I made sure the install could be removed quickly/easily, and no modifications of any kind were required for the install. The big black box in the center is aftermarket (it's a storage bin the company added along with the 12V power supply attached to it, ladder racks, etc.). The Sporster is powered by the 12V supply on the storage bin. Sadly, Best Buy didn't have the car kit without the stupid tail in stock. Luckily, the car kit for the Mustang doesn't have the tail.

\ Did I say, Z06 C6?? Nope, just C6 coupe. It might be down on HP, but seeing what the GT's weigh now, and how the 03/04 Cobras were heavier than the 03/04 GT's.....see where I'm getting here. The HP advantage might now be able to make up for the weight disadvantage. And if you want to compare a new Z06 to a Cobra, you'll be in a world of sadness. What it would take to make that Cobra just PERFORM overall equal to a new Z06 (not mentioning all of the other toys the car gets), you would spend more in aftermarket stuff than just buying a stock Z06.

- That is one of the worst years in terms of 308 performance....which is also why they tend to be the least expensive model. - Maintance, maintance, maintance. VERY expensive; that car was never meant to be a daily driver, even when new. It's a toy/weekend car. It would cost a fortune on upkeep, and I can just imagine the cost of insurance on that thing as a primary car! Basically, you are asking for trouble, but that would be a cool daily driver. Though seeing someone driving that in the snow/salt would make me cringe.

I'm currently looking to do an LT1 swap into my 95 Jimmy. Since the 4.3L is blown, now would be as good of time as ever for it. It's been done before, so I'm not really treading much new ground, though most swaps are on 1st Gen trucks.

I believe Ford said the Cobra won't be back until 07. And for 45k, I'd most definately be buying a C6 over that!!

I deal with Spyware issues on a VERY regular basis as part of my job. Click here for Ad Aware SE 1.05 Click here for Spybot Search and Destroy 1.3 Trend Mirco's Houscall free virus scanning and removal program Follow these instructions: - Reboot PC in safe mode (reboot, and keep hitting F8 until it gives the boot options, select Safe Mode w/ Network support - Download Ad Aware and Spybot w/ the links I gave you - Install Ad Aware, HAVE IT CHECK FOR AND INSTALL UPDATES, and run it. - Install Spybot, have it install all updates. To speed up the process, select advanced options, and turn off its ability to create restore points. Run Spybot. - Reboot PC in normal mode. Run Ad Aware again (this is important). If it gives you anything about not being able to remove something, and you need to do a reboot for it to do so, select yet and reboot. - Run Spybot, do the same thing as above. - NOW go to the Trend Micro site and have it virus scan. That thing takes forever, but it does a very thorough job. Remove any viruses it finds. This should clear up your problems. If not, post back and I have a few other little tricks for you, but this works in 99% of cases. Edit; crap, I didn't see you already fixed it. What I have above is for more severe cases.

I have American Family. Fuck Allstate. They are a bunch of assholes. Besides some claims I've had with them they have dicked me on, when I tried to get homeowners insurance with them, they said I couldn't until I put a new roof on my house. I moved over to American Family, and I pay less, have been treated better, and didn't have to replace my roof (though I will be this year).

Then why does Ford need a blower, twice the number of valves, 4x the number of cams, and a physically LARGER motor to make less HP while drinking more fuel?? Is that better for you? No one likes the displacement argument, it is gay.

Explains the free cable, and you kissing their ass. To get exclusive rights to an apartment complex, not only do owners get free cable, they get a kickback from the cable companies as well. Why WOULD your parents hear about problems with another company? The tenants are paying Insight, not your parents.

Just because you haven't, doesn't mean a large number of others haven't. I hear time and again former customers of Insight compalin about of the problems they had with them. For me, before I had WOW, I had Insight. I switch to WOW because of the constant outtages of either cable or internet (sometimes both), vastly varying speeds (even though I wasn't dropping connection), the higher cost, etc. I switched to WOW and all of that went away. I hated Insight with a passion....I was so happy to get rid of them! You could say wiring, but both WOW and Insight has to run new drops, and WOW reused all of my inside wiring. Months later I started working for WOW, and of course I've rewired my home and then some, but I never had a problem prior to that. Hell, I'm not done bashing. Have you played with their new DVR box. It is a f'ing joke. 99 T/A on here only has Insight available to him (and another unhappy Insight customer). I played with his DVR, and that thing sucks a butt nugget. Only a single tuner built in. You have to hit mulitple buttons just to get to the recordings list.....then half the screen is filled up with freaking ADVERTISEMENTS. It's not bad enough all the money you have to pay for the service, then get bombarded by ads as well!!! That box plain sucks, very gimicky. Both TW and WOW use Scientific Atlanta DVR's, which are THE standard in cable DVR's.

John, just call back in to cust support, and if they still say they don't offer it, request a site survey. Just tell them that your neighbors have it, and you believe their records are incorrect. All a site survey does is has one of us come out, see if service is available, then we can set up an appointment to do the install. Sometimes cust service will just setup the install, with the info that we might not be able to install in your area.

I could definately get away with some of those at work.
