I just watch the video a few times, that cop got out his car and jumped on the hood when the car wasn't even moving. Once he jumped on the hood and started firing is when the car started to move. He could have gotten out of the way of the car, he more or less jumped in front of it.

When a car lifts like that it is actually slowing the car down. A car that lifts just enough to transfer the weight (or enough weight) is the key. Normally the car probably just pulls the wheels to the 100' mark or they made an aggressive adjustment on the suspension and this was the outcome. Who knows. I don't understand why he couldn't keep it out of the wall though. Something in the steering must have broke.

My boy Preston (4yrs old) told me my '95 was slow and my red Mustang (the '86) was much better. lol

Just dropping it is too hard on the drivetrain. Just a little slip of the clutch to get the car rolling. Have someone experienced with AWD or EVO's take you out and show you the right way to do it so you don't tear the clutch up. It will take some practice. Just have to learn the car.
