Well, it's already been mentioned but I heard it again this morning. Spence is obviously out and Roby most likely isn't going to play with a knee injury from the B1G title game. Grant is supposed to play through his back issue. Time to see how good some of the freshman really are. One other thought. Why the hell are the OSU/Clemson game and the Mizzou/other OSU game being played at the same time? I'd like to see both of them damn it!

Well, I can't lift heavy right now due to my stupid neck after the car accident I was in. I will be heading back as soon as I can to start running again. Fun times.

I hate you guys right now. Had to have my right biceps tendon, at the elbow, re-attached in August. Went through 3 months of PT and not lifting more than 5lbs with that arm. Got back to the gym started slowly and must have pushed it too hard in the 3 weeks that I was back and now have an issue with the tendons that attach the forearm muscles to the bone and have to wait another 2-3 weeks before lifting. So, I haven't lifted heavy since the end of July. Killing me!

So, what goodies does the rear end have?

Haslam comes in and drops the hammer on Holmgren, which killed me, and fires Shurmur who had the team playing tough. They bring in "the golden boy" in Chud and then Haslam fires him after one year and 3 different QB's, with only one who looked semi promising. Talk about a shit deal. I don't care who the coach was, they wouldn't have won with Weeden or Cambbell. I'm sure Haslam will make sure not to re-sign Mack, Ward, or anyone else who might be decent. They will probably trade Josh Gordon since he had a decent year. It's sad. He claims it for the fans, but at the end of the day it isn't.

Well, I've "rested" as much as I can with a new puppy, 17 month old son, and 4 year old daughter running around Haven't lifted anything heavy in awhile anyway, so that's not an issue.

I've already been to the ER. All they did was say no brain trauma and gave me a very small scrip for pain. Also mentioned that I would be sore for a little while. Just wasn't sure what that really meant. I'm also already on a 600mg/3x daily dose of Motrin for my stupid arm.

It's both. The spot that my head hit the head rest is tender and my neck is rather "tight". I don't have a concussion as they checked that already.

It seems to be muscle pain, but I thought it may have been gone by now. It has been 6 days.

So, for anyone out there that has been rear ended before, how long before the neck and head pain go away?
