  4. This is really a last ditch effort to get some money together for a track day at Nelson Ledges on Friday, i would be just as happy keeping them as I never got to use them. For sale are (2) 205/50/15 BFG Goodrich G-Force T/A Drag Radials that go for $134 apeice on Tire Rack before shipping. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Sizes.jsp?make=BFGoodrich&model=g-Force+T%2FA+Drag+Radial They are mounted on (2) 15" 5X114.3 steel wheels that were brand new when the tires were mounted on them. I bought these to save wear on my street tires when doing drag days, i used them at one Columbus Racing drag day and got in like 10 runs, no burnout, and thats their only use. You have to see them, i think there's still rubber nubs on them they're so new looking. $150 for both, mounted on the steel wheels. BTW I put them side by side with my street 225 tires and they were the same width as those. http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h182/redludesh2/HPIM0290.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h182/redludesh2/HPIM0302.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h182/redludesh2/Picture4101.jpg

    dracula ballet

I got kinda guilted into going although she paid for the tickets. It was definately not the worst experience of my life. It was fairly entertaining if not amazing at some points. I don't think you'll regret it. As a bonus the entire place was full of smoking hot 20-30 year old women wearing the shortest, tittiest showing dresses in their closet. :-)
  8. I definately love the fact that the 450 pound playa has a giant SNICKERS jacket on
  9. Just wondering where people would recommend to get it done, how much it costs or costed them and so on. Thanks for any info.
  10. I guess he got fired for something that happened @ Blitz Bash. Go to WBZX.com it's like he never existed
  11. I know turbovan on here has one and I was talknig to him about it and he just quit writing back Does anyone else on here have one that would like some $$$$$$. Lemme know thanks
  12. Does it matter if its the same as the Colorado Rockies symbol which may be trademarked??? It looks great but just checking.
  13. Ah hell i'll give $153.26
  14. $350 and I'll throw in 2 brand new snow tires on wheels.
  15. 205/50ZR17 They are directional and side specific. There are 3 right side tires and 1 left so you'd have to buy one more left and then you'd have a spare as well. They cost $162 apeice on tirerack. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=BFGoodrich&tireModel=g-Force+T%2FA+KD One is marked BLEM on the side meaning there was a slight imperfection on it but Tire Rack still approved it for sale. One has scrapes vertically on the tread from scraping on the car they were prviously on, see pics. The tread is still huge on it, like all the others. Because of this price is right. $50 all 4 come and get em http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h182/redludesh2/P1000249.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h182/redludesh2/P1000247.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h182/redludesh2/P1000246.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h182/redludesh2/P1000244.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h182/redludesh2/P1000243.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h182/redludesh2/P1000242.jpg
  16. This car was my daily driver for 2 years. The Good: Bought it with a snapped timing belt, and had a $600 Japanese replacement engine with 40K miles on it put in it for another $400 including new timing belt, water pump, and all other belts and hoses that you do when an engine is out. The transmission is great, havent had a problem, changed the tranny fluid last year. Do oil changes every 3,000-4,000 miles on it. Has 4 new(er) tires on it on the stock Si wheels. The front 2 have 30 miles on them, the rear a years worth of driving and have 90% tread on them. The front has new pads and rotors as of last summer. I just put a new front engine mount on it a couple weeks ago. Has a Jensen CD/MP3 player in it along with Pioneer speakers in the door and Jensen speakers in the rear. The bad: Needs piddly stuff I didn't feel like messing with. Needs new pads and rotors on both sides of rear. $60 for both a Pep Boys on Morse road and they have then in stock. Needs a new rear wheel bearing on the driver side rear. $50 part then install requires paying someone with a press $10-$15 to press it out and press new one in. The Cd/MP3 player likes to hold on to the CDs inside it, I have to press the eject button hard with a screwdriver for it to cought up the CD, but it does. The Ugly: Battery Kill switch installed in in front of the passanger seat, the battery drains overnight if left connected. Can't figure out why but then again haven't tried too hard. Just lived with not having radio presets and the clock acts more like a trip timer now than an actual clock Takes 12-13 hours to drain so its a slow drain. Always starts right up with a jump pack, that I kept in the car The car cuts out while driving sometimes. It may happen twice in a day or it may not happen for weeks at a time, didn't happen once during the winter) You can put it in neutral and start it right back up again even while moving and it starts right away and is fine. More of a nusance than anything and the reason I bought a new daily driver. If there is one thing I cant stand it is electrical problems like this that are so intermitant and impossible to duplicate when needed. It appears to be tied to the battery draining problem, I have a voltage meter plugged into the cigarette lighter and it will read 13.0 to 14.0 but will go down to 9.0-10.0 all of the sudden and die, but start right back up like nothing happened. I just gave up. If your good with electrial troubleshooting then this car is a steal. Both the Auto tranny ECU and cars main ECU have been replaced to try to rememdy this. The cars outside is hit, its a red car with a pink roof and hood. The passanger side door has a doughnut (think NASCAR) on it from a semi's tire. The paint is just not in any form good. The rust is minimal and in the typical Honda spot thou, its definately not rusting apart like most of these year Hondas you see. The driver side door needs slammed to shut. Honestly the car is worth the money in the engine, tranny, and tires alone. It is defiantely a beater and was used as such. If you can fix electrical problems then you'll have a car that runs forever the engine with the new T-belt and Water Pump are good to go for 80,000 more miles. It just needs the piddly crap fixed, hell with $50 and a trip to U-Wrench It you could prolly make it a decent looking car again too. Theres like 10 3rd gen Preludes there. Anyway PM me if interested, no rush I already have a new daily driver.
  17. Here is the PM I sent everyone who Pmed me about this. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- http://www.nationalpreludemeet.com/track.html Here's the page for it with some info. Overall we're looknig at hopefully getting 60 cars meaning 4 groups of 15 that get to go out in 4-5 20 minute sessions, basically you'll get all the on-track time you could want. Its a really cool and fun group of people and for maybe 90% of the participants this will be the 5th year or so of doing a track day for this event meaning theres a good amount of experience out there and we are grouping according to experience levels. I hope you can attend and feel free to invite anyone else you know who may be interested. Its just $100. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank You all for the interest and I hope alot of you can make it out. 15 cars at a time on a track the size of Nelson Ledges is not alot in any way. Noone will hold you up I promise, we've done 20-25 at a time on tracks smaller than NL (like Gateways road course last year) and never had a problem. Feel free to PM me any questions you may have at all.
  18. If anyone is interested our club is renting Nelson Ledges on Thursday June 21. We still have 40 spots open, I know theres alot of people who enjoy road racing on here and this a great opportunity to get in on a private track day for cheap. PM me if you are interested
  19. $15 or trade for 1GB SD card. Just bought it for $30 but took back the Olympus camera I bought it for. I threw away the reciept and packaging for this card so I guess gotta sell it, its the memory you need if you have an Olympus or Fuji digital camera. Will trade for a 1GB SD card as well. If you shop around you'll see XD cards are significantly more expensive then SD cards and there's no generic brands so this would be a good deal and the camera I got instead of the Olympus takes SD. http://images.amazon.com/images/P/B0000B35CK.01.LZZZZZZZ.jpg
  20. Could be a repost, but good none the less Those Born 1930-1979 TO ALL THE KIDS WHO SURVIVED the 1930's 40's, 50's, 60's and 70's !! First, we survived being born to mothers who smoked and/or drank while they were pregnant. They took aspirin, ate blue cheese dressing, tuna from a can, and didn't get tested for diabetes. Then after that trauma, we were put to sleep on our tummies in baby cribs covered with bright colored lead-based paints. We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, doors or cabinets and when we rode our bikes, we had no helmets, not to mention,t he risks we took hitchhiking As infants & children, we would ride in cars with no car seats, booster seats, seat belts or air bags. Riding in the back of a pick up on a warm day was always a special treat. We drank water from the garden hose and NOT from a bottle. We shared one soft drink with four friends, from one bottle and NO ONE actually died from this. We ate cupcakes, white bread and real butter and drank koolade made with sugar, but we weren't overweight because . WE WERE ALWAYS OUTSIDE PLAYING !< We would leave home in the morning and play all day, as long as we were back when the streetlights came on. No one was able to reach us all day. And we were O.K. We would spend hours building our go-carts out of scraps and then ride down the hill, only to find out we forgot the brakes. After running into the bushes a few times, we learned to solve the problem. We did not have Playstations, Nintendo's, X-boxes, no video games at all, no 150 channels on cable, no video movies or DVD's, no surround-sound or CD's, no cell phones, no personal computer! s, no Internet or chat rooms....... WE HAD FRIENDS and we went outside and found them! We fell out of trees, got cut, broke bones and teeth and there were no lawsuits from these accidents. We ate worms and mud pies made from dirt, and the worms did not live in us forever. We were given BB guns for our 10th birthdays, made up games with sticks and tennis balls and, although we were told it would happen, we did not put out very many eyes. We rode bikes or walked to a friend's house and kn ocked on the door or rangthe bell, or just walked in and talked to them! Little League had tryouts and not everyone made the team. Those who didn't had to learn to deal with disappointment. Imagine that!! The idea of a parent bailing us out if we broke the law was unheard of. They actually sided with the law! These generations have produced some of the best risk-takers, problem solvers and inventors ever! The past 50 years have been an explosion of innovation and new ideas. We had freedom, failure, success and responsibility, and we learned HOW TO DEAL WITH IT ALL!
  21. I've personally only ever worked on Hondas and even then a head gasket is out of my range. Didn't know if there was anyone able or willing to do a head gasket on a 95 Ford Ranger for some $$$ of course. Thank You
  22. Can anyone recommend a program that allows you to take 20-30 clips from an unlocked DVD and make them MPEG/WMV files. I have AnyDVD, DVDShrink 3.2, NERO, Super, Ripit4me and DVDDecrypter. I cant find an easy way to do this on any of them. There has to be a quick and easy free program out there judging by all the AMVs on youtube. Any ideas would be greatly, greatly appreciated.
  23. My Anti-Virus wouldn't allow me to open that site, said HUGE spyware threat, just a heads up.
