  1. I bet he has neck/back problems now. You can see his head move way forward on the last tumble, Ouch.
  2. I went to the zoo when my wife and kids Sunday. The polar bears were pretty active, swimming and jumping at the crowd into the water. http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f185/EWhytsell/IMG_0418a.jpg

    win 7 help

I have a laptop that I need to reinstall windows on to fix a problem (pretty sure its a virus problem) I tried the built in recovery program (gateway) but that didn't fix the problem. Any ideas? or where do I get a windows 7 64 home premium copy. I have the key that came with the laptop, just no software. I have a copy of win 7 ultimate here, but from what I've read the keys are specific to manufactures and versions.
  5. Currently I have a full set of energizer rechargeable batteries, plus backups, plus a full set of standard batteries incase something goes wrong. In total about 40 AA's
  6. I like how he's totally not concerned and just grabbing them in the middle like any old non poisonous snake, tossing them in the corner and they stand up like WTF.
  7. I think I could take a stick from an 8yr old without crossing any lines that would result in a law suit. Kids got problems if he's already "premeditating" murder by making a stick to kill his teachers. Who knows though maybe he just doesn't like school:-)
  8. great comparison between cars and cameras. I can promise that an average person would have an enormously hard time learning to get a photo in focus with my gear. It really does take practice and auto mode only takes a photo on a dslr it simply wasnt meant to be used and does not work even as well as a point and shoot. Other reason for this is sensor size vs dof. Much easier to get a subject in focus on a small sensor.
  9. lucky charms, do you know how difficult that is.
  10. If its a quick wedding and they truly only want traditional photos then no, I could get by with shooting 2-3 of the each pose and picking the best. If its a full day from getting ready to around 1am at the reception then I can get 1000 shots easily. Now if the couple are into the photography and the locations are awesome I can get several thousand. Though in the end I try to keep the DVD down to around 600 photos to get a good cover of the important stuff along with my creative shots. My wifes starting to shoot a lot more as well. I know of some really great photographers that shoot 7000-9000 per wedding and feel that memory cards are cheap so we should use them. To me thats a bit excessive, but they get some great shots so I can't argue to much. Seems like the industry average is <>900 and <>500 delivered FYI.
  11. LR is a totally different concept than PS and designed with a photographers "workflow" in mind. Also it only makes changes and saves them in a catalog for the files rather than actually changing the original file. It makes picking and editing a few thousand wedding photos a breeze.
  12. Pretty nice work, especialy the car scene, I can't do that stuff. I use LR for 99% of my wedding editing, only enlargements and other critical photos get the full photoshop touch now. I can't wait for weather to break so I can knock out some engagement sessions that are waiting. My late summer thru fall is getting full of weddings.
  13. Sounds like my kinda cat, drop it off outside of my house and I'll throw it food from time to time. Otherwise its mice and anything the Coyotes don't eat.
  14. <> 20 per day would be what my baby sitter costs per child and she does well for herself. Of course she watches the kids 5 days per week too.
  15. Bank will do an appraisal on it before they give a loan.take that to the auditor office.
  16. The big problem is no one in the gov is gonna do anything to stop our failure. Its gonna take a whole lot of very unpopular decisions by people who want to keep their comfy jobs to much to actually pull it off.
  17. Mary Kay requires either knowing a lot of people and being very social with them or having the perfect personality to fit the job. I have a friend and her mom that do it full time and they both win the Pink Caddys every few years.
  18. I did a drop ceiling like that in my office. Very nice I lost maybe 5/8th's of an inch of ceiling height and it looks nice for a drop ceiling and it was very easy to install.
  19. I don't have much to say. I'm cheap and am going to finish my myself. I already built a nice man cave/office in one corner thats 12x14'.
  20. I'm sure they are just trading one group of nut jobs for another until they get some they can control for a short while. Its the middle east and Islam, your simply not dealing with people who operate like we do at this time, but you know that better than most here. I think its the hope that someday we get a group we like and if all else fails at least we keep the oil.
  21. The power cannot be transmitted very far on current power line technology, maybe some day though.
  22. Yes, there is a nuclear test reactor facility down near Pomroy (about half way between there and Galipolis.) I've been to the plant many times while servicing office equipment.
  23. I've been making money trading KKD in and out a few times a week lately, otherwise I've had my money out of everything except a few long positions that short term stuff won't effect.
  24. All cars get walmart or advance oil and filter every 3000miles.
