Eric your right, 100% employment is impossible and its believed that the powers that be would like to see it at about 4-6%. This keeps pay steady otherwise 100% would mean companies would have to perpetually increase pay to entice new talent aboard. Just like inflation is better at about +1% per year because it keeps everything balanced opposed to larger swings and especially deflation. The part about welfare not being cheated is somewhat right, sure its harder, but I can personally take you to family of mine who know all about cheating the system. They make more money than my wife and I and we are doing well. They do things really nasty like, still claiming stuff from my long dead mother inlaw as if she were still here and married to my father inlaw even though he's remarried. There's no system to check this sort of thing so they take advantage.

Lightroom 3 is great for organizing massive amounts of photos and editing very quickly. Weddings are very easy with it and it usually takes me about 3-4 hrs to do +2,000 photos including, culling, white balance adjusting, straightening, cropping, and then burning to DVD for clients. More advanced editing gets done in CS5, but thats usually only 1-2 photos per request to remove something or other tricky stuff the client wants. Typically if a photo would need run through photoshop I'd just cull it out of the pile all together.

Yeah I see it there all the time too. Funny thing because if they'd watch my car, for some reason I pull into the duke station, site for awhile, then another car pulled up and tosses me a box and we both leave. You'd think that would be suspicious after the millionth time we do it. My company uses that lot for "part runs" as a halfway point to our mansfield warehouse.

If you really talked like that to an officer then I could see them getting PO'ed. Especially in Mt Gilead since they have nothing better to do.

That list pretty much leaves "getting molested" as the only occupation a 15yr old can do. I guess you'll have to talk to the perv in the park.

coyotes in my yard almost every night that I'm out in my observatory. before I built it I'd just stand there listening to them while using my telescope for hours. They never felt the need to bother me.

This is somewhat correct, I work directly with re-manufactured toners and used to even rebuild them. Even if they don't have a chip or mechanical gear system to render them inoperable after a certain number of prints, the parts are only designed to be run up to that point as well and then the cleaning system or imaging drum will start to fade. At most you'll get double yield from the original parts which isn't bad, but most re-manufacturers these days just replace all the parts and start with new good parts. You could buy the drum, cleaning, blade/brush, PCR roller, and toner from the internet and rebuild your own, but it would be messy and hard to do your first one. And probably not worth it.

cartridge world seems to work good. You could try calling my company at 800-472-5844 (MT Business Technologies) and seeing what kinda price they can get you. You'll need to ask for the HP toner sales dept. You may also be able to order through our website at http://www.mtbt.com I've never looked, but I know contract customers can.

Yeah get rid of the walls and I'll do it.

Wow, its been awhile since I've checked anything. I've had my money in the market since Jan 09 at the low point.

Yeah was almost gonna mention oil. Still hard to say which way oil will move in the short term, but at least in the long term you probably can't go wrong. I used to play TEC in oil, but they went off the chart when oil got cheap. Might research some North Dakota companies to see who's still around and you might find something interesting to play as the oil prices start going up again.

If your just looking for a place to put money and safely earn interest for a year, try an online bank. They offer 4-5% interest savings accounts. The downside is you might have to switch banks once or twice throughout that time if they change their rates to basically nothing like every other bank. Many investors do this because it gives them a way to earn better interest than local banks offer and doesn't lock your money down completely like a CD. At this point even opening a mutual fund for one year and closing would yield far better than most any CD.

If you feel like you should take it out sell all, but 10%. IMHO if you don't see VMware going up a lot more which most stocks don't. I'd just get out now and move on to something else. Most of the regional banks around here are still a great bargain if you want something to buy and hold for a few years. The only one that probably won't make you a lot now is 5th 3rd though anythings possible. Huntington and Citi are both still likely to do well in the next few years. I've been trading citi on and off with the flow the last few years and am now holding thousands of shares long and will likely be adding thousands more.

if you want a cabin try blackwater falls state park in wv. My wife and I go there at least once per year. I go for an astronomy convention in fall, but sometimes we go just to enjoy the middle of nowhere, wv. also The outter banks in nc is another place my wife and I go. You can rent a beach house 10 miles north of the end of NC st rt 12 requiring 4wd to get there and just hang out. We love it.

Investopedia.com has a lot of good reading on it.

Costco is a great place to get good prices on the consumer SLR's. You might see what kind of deal they have on the D7000, but that is a good camera too.

Need help finding a decent RF capable universal remote

I use a URC 9910 RF remote <$50. Its pretty old now, but I found one used on amazon tonight http://www.amazon.com/One-All-Learning-Upgradeable-Universal/dp/B000069K8O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1293586259&sr=8-1 It works great, has a learning mode to simulate any IR remote, and has tons of customization. All our TV stuff is in the basement on a rack with the RF transmitter pointing at it and our TV is upstairs in our living room. Very nice. -
The online gaming industry seriously needs to learn some things from real world customer service. Every online game I've played has been just like this, they basically pretend you don't matter because they can't see you and I think assume your just a kid and don't matter. They lose members in droves because of this and still they don't seem to care. I will say that EVE Online customer service has been awesome. They handle issues immediately and there is a method of escalation that works. Sometimes it takes getting the right CS rep, but it does work.

I have blackops for wii, been going to get the zapper for it. The sniper rifle looks better, but I wonder if the controls are good. It seems like the zapper may be laid out a little better for actual gameplay. I haven't played much for console games since the original NES so these new controllers are nuts to me. I do play very well on computer FPS games though.

Sister inlaw lives in Marietta, OH and stays at our place while she works up here at Riverside (3 days per week 7pm-7am) and does well. Last time I did her taxes it was 70-80K. She's a good nurse though if that matters.

Thats pretty funny really. I don't think I'd be pissed if someone pulled that at my place, but I'd think they were nuts.

Might as well put GIMP on the 10yr olds computer since its free.

I simply watch companies for volatile patterns that have a reason to then.things like earnings reports politics impact some stocks more than others. Then I establish my time line and sometimes my exceptable loses and stick to the plan. doing this its not hard to out perform the main indexes.
