I believe completely in service plans. I've had so many random things happen to my computer equipment for instance, that it would be stupid of me not to. Being able to take my stuff back to the store months later and say "Fix or give me something better - NOW" and it actually happening is a pretty damn good thing in my eye sight. i had a very close friend of mine die a couple years ago due to biking, this lady in a minivan didn't stop at a stop sign and ran straight through it, hit him hard enough to pop out one of the veins in his heart, like his aortic something I can't remember... but yeah he died damn near instantly. it's funny though they do have the new eclipse out there, I saw some pictures of what it looked like at the dealership in this guys back office. From what I heard the new one will be pretty sweet if they go with the independant rear and front that they were speaking about doing.

for the record - the reason why it's unsettling for people to put a v8 into an rx-7 chasis is because A. there isn't many of us out there to begin with B. The person who didn't didn't want to take the time to learn what a rotary engine is all about and C. it's an unholy bastardization. That being said, if someone wants to fabricate up what it takes to do it though, and they do it right, they still get nothing but love in my eyes because of the work that went into doing it. You can't mock someone for doing things you aren't capable of doing and to put that much work into a project still commands a certain amount of respect. You are still taking away from what an rx-7 is though, and that's what's unsettling. Terron
