some of it is, wushu which is seen thru a lot of it tho is more of a "showy" martial arts, still affective but not nearly so as say aikido when it comes to just straight disabling your opponet.

hmm some of the martial arts forms i recognize, there's one im still trying to figure out... They do some capoeira moves here and there in their freestyle stuff, which is pretty cool.
