I moved 100% of mine into a Liquid Asset Fund (Morgan Stanley) 16 months ago. It returned over 2 percent for the last 12 months. I haven't lost a cent of my 401k as of today. I plan to leave it there for at least 6 more months, then when the market shows signs of strength, go back to aggressive/moderately aggressive funds.
