  1. Ya, That was me putting some break-in miles on the motor. Rotorhead (Luke) I was there 4 or 5 months ago and they had 3 FCs. Dunno if they are still there.
  2. Could anyone looking in the import piles let me know if there are any Audi A4s on the lot. Year is not important.

  4. DenseAir Age: 18 Birthday:November 1, 1987 When you were younger? Did you hang out on the west side sporting your big wheel? Oh well, Welcome !
  5. 1. You must be a graduate of the "Linn School of Short Honks"! 2. I don't think that you can call that a race because neither Honda product bounced off of the rev limiter during the attempt to race. 3. Your passenger has "Mad Skillz" to be able to hold the camera that steady while being thrust back into his seat from the massive Gs of your acceleration. Ya, I know I'm a smartass! I'm just helping you to develop a "thick skin".
  6. Tell you what, why don't you give me your address. I'll leave you a little message and you'll see that not only the people walking by your house, but also those driving by, will be able to see what it says (qualifier being that your lawn has frontage on the street). Like I said, Amateurs!
  7. Amateurs! OK since most of you are giving "dorm" pranks, here's one for a house. Go buy a bag of Turfbuilder lawn fertilizer. Sneak over to the house about 2 am. Using a drop spreader, write a "message" in the lawn (use some creativity here fellas). In about 2 weeks or less, your message will appear when the fertilized grass will become a darker green color than the surrounding grass, and last for weeks.
  8. House? Apartment? Dorm room? I've got a great arsenal of things to do.
  9. That's it! I'm lobbying congress to mandate that all children must wear knee pads, elbow pads, and helmets when flying a kite. We must keep our children safe from harm.................................and others from their own stupidity! Darwin Award finalist right there boys!
  10. $35k in 1993 (converts to $47K in 2005 dollars using CPI) Current value (bone stock) around 11K
  11. The eagle has landed. My wipes arrived today!
  12. Enjoy it while you can, spray boy! BTW Berto, I'll call ya if I'm putting some break-in miles tonite.
  13. Berto, Ryan Adkins (Radkins on RX7Club) lives in Indy. You met him at Revolution. He and IndyKid (Supra) are heavily into the racing scene. They post more kills and vids on RX7Club than anyone. Send Ryan a PM.
  14. That is a picture showing an enlarged secondary intake port with and the thinner "eyebrow" port above it. The band of metal in between the ports is known as a "bridge", which allows the rotors corner seal to glide over the ports without falling out into the port and destroying the motor. It is the only way to get more air into a rotary, after taking as much material as possible out of the stock port, without peripherally porting the rotor housing. Or in simpler terms.... Stock port < Street port < Large Street port < Race Port < Half Bridge port (mine) < Full Bridge port (Steve's Deafening Smurfmobile) < Peripheral port (full race only motor) May I have some candy, Brian?
  15. There was a site like Indyhorsepowerfreaks.someting but I got banned for being Kyle's friend after what transpired at the Revolution. *wink*
  16. Acetone is an intermediary solvent often used production processes to allow silicone to be "thinned" to promote easier application. Acetone also breaks down rubber. Given that your fuel system & engine seals/integrity are acheived using silicone and rubber, this sounds like a bad idea, not to mention what it does to paint if spilled on it. Come on now, it's the active ingredient in nail polish remover
  17. I can concur. 58/42 for the 4th gen Z28, or 2073/1501 53/47 for the Z06, or 1659/1471 I wonder how much the weight transfer, as they squat, plays into this as well?
  18. True Story, 450 lbs makes a big difference in the ability to get power to the ground!
  19. 1.) Z28 (3574 lbs) - Z06 (3130 lbs) = 444 lb difference = 50+ hp to make up 2.) Add a few more lbs for Linn to make up for. 3.) Traction will be an huge issue. Who's got better hooking tires/equipment? 4.) Linn will pull out the jets and run open hose. 5.) Lean is death. Hopefully everyone's got their shit tuned. It's gonna come down to traction and driver. True story!
  20. Linn wins cuz he brake boosts, short-honks, and sprays.
  21. Adam, Jamie, and Johnny have found this myth to be PLAUSIBLE
  22. If you happen to work in Dublin, the Dublin Recreation Center is only $21 a month for a corporate membership.
