13s make for a plesant daily. My main concern with the daily is its manners. Everyone has a diferent tolerance of what they will drive on a daily basis. IIRC, there was a thread on here a while back about a gentleman from (britan?) that daily drives a car that makes 2k HP, is loud, and gets 5mpg if you baby it. Others drive a vehicle with solid motor mounts, open exhaust, no AC, no interior, ect. on a daily basis. What are you willing to tolerate in a daily driver might be a more apropriate question.

As luck would have it, a 66 plymouth is a mopar. I only have part of that engine sitting in my shop right now, not planing to have it finished for a while, untill after I have a house. If I realy wanted to, I could order it today, but I prefer to build it myself with my own 2 hands (other than major machine work, that I leave to people that have proper tooling to do a block)

Small CI? Last I checked 540 CI was not exactly small. Bigger than your 460 unless math has changed alot lately. Being all aluminum block, it is also lighter. 540 CI of goodness all shined up
