the key is just workout. and diet. i personaly dont do cardio very much if at all. mostly just train.

yea the s10 has a fram filter hp4 as well. the blazer is getting a remote dual filter setup. but will be fram. the s10 355 is 12 yrs old sprayed, blown and always a fram filter!
