  1. the dealer will tell you you can only buy the knuckle. thats false go to jegs and buy a energy suspension bushing kit. it will have those bushings as well as all the other wore out bushing you should replace anyway. i suggest you get a sawzall with the small blade about 1/4 " tall and 3 1/2" long. that will cut the bushing out of them once you get that out the old bushing will push out. good luck becasue its a shitty job. but will ride nice when done. i did my 95 gst.
  2. lol this makes 4 solenoids and only 2 full passes thats excessive. i know guys who have 4 year old systems and the same solenoids. i can not figure it out
  3. ill race a busa when the turbo set up is done at the track. are you game for that? i just want to see what i built! when its all done. it will be down the road a while. i need to modify my chassis and still buying motor parts.
  4. dont be cheap go buy a optima red top dual post at jegs.
  5. everything is new and ive rewired the solenoids to their own circuts from the battery with circut breakers, and realys.
  6. it has a good ground moved it arround no chage and both solenoids are mounted on 1/4 in thick alum brackets on the carb so with motor plates vibrations have to be minimal. what else.?
  7. Hey guys I have had some troubles with my N02 solenoids. I keep having them not work when i need them. perfect example at superchevy first pass of the day with low bottle pressure it worked ok and ran great. next pass out it didnt work at all and motor went rich. that whole day when i would hit the switch it would just barely open and just a small amount of nitrous would flow. well the next morning i start the truck to get it warm everything warm i turn it off open the carb all the way open and crackit. big huge plum of nos so i feel the solenoid now and its working. then i drive it to work on monday works on the way to work. then i spray it on the freeway works great. i turn on grener ave and hit it real quick and it worked great. so i park the truck and work untill 4pm. i get off work and open the bottle and leave work on the way home i try 3 times to see if it would work and nothing. has anyone ran into this and if so what was done to fix it. im sending my solenoids to nos and they are going to check them for me and rebuild them for free. so at least they will be good for next season. thanks guys.

  13. Thats called Tq. and thats why it lifts the left side higher and plants the right rear harder. that guy needs a drag racing anti roll bar installed.

  15. YEA im just welding my new chassis and my turbo stuff. im hopping to have it ready mid season.
  16. yea. it was my daily driver untill i got my yukon. it has a newly built 283. proably arround 4500 miles now. i just rebuilt the tranny, it has new bell tech suspension, and all new suspension parts. it has brand new tires all the way arround. all that it needs left is the paint job and interior and it is ready to be a great street/strip truck. if i keep it its getting a tpi setup and a 350.

  19. yea i was running through a door with a raised floor at full speed. mind you i used to run prety fast. my boot caught the door seal and twisted my ankle. when i landed my foot was sideways. then when my 250 lb body pushed on it my ackle poped out of place and it cracked the small bone connected to the pinky toe. so i got pissed off right away that my foot was not on right i stomped it on the ground and actually poped it back into place. that really didnt feal good but it did go back into place so i could walk on it. i actually walked all the way back to the back of the shop and finished putting the head on my friends eclipse. i got it running and drove it around for about 10 min. then walked through the shop back to my car. got in it and went home and relaxed for about 2 hrs. by this time it was blue black, and swollen. so i loosened up the shoe strings in my boots and went out in my s10 to go cruise around for a while. then drove it home and then drove back to my girlfriends at the time. all this time walking on it. i get there. have some sex and go to bed. i got up in the morning and walked down the stairs. went directly to the hospital after not being able to walk on it. dr said it looked like it was fractured and he could see where the ankle poped out and bruising on the bone. he said did it happen just now and i said nope about 1 day ago and ive been walking on it. so yes i did break my foot running. and i dont run anymore. Actually i dont have any need to run. what do i have to run from cops?im not stealing nothing. so no need to run ill just drive.
