  1. hey do any of you guys have a ls1 valve spring tool so i can swap springs on my 317 heads after i port them. would only need the tool for one day after i borrow it.
  2. i never get bored watching these guys. love this a lot. wish to god i could afford to do the 89 up for this but without sponsors proably may never happen. looks like so much fun.
  3. u know what i dont get. these kids play a dangerous sport where they could get injured for life. these kids should get any freebie they are offered. one wrong move could be paralized for life or just get somany injuries that theres no hope for a good future in sports. a scollarship is crap for all the money they raise for the shitty schools they play for.
  4. im looking for someone intersted in test fitting the first truck mani kit once its complete, would require a car with a stock k member or maybe a spohn or bmr k member. the kit is built with the stock k member and spohn tubular mts for room for dp. chad said he would make someone a great deal on the kit if they can test fit the kit so i can get started on the ac kit for my car. if intersted either pm me or chad. he also has the spohn 145 dollar mts wich would go with the kit for the one who mocks it up i believe. would be in about 1 mth.
  5. low boost on the basic truck kit proably enuf for 500 whp with the stock motor, 550-600 with 317 heads, rod bolts. and once i get the 370" motor done im gona shoot for 700 to 750 whp with air.
  6. Just buy may 350 I built for the blazer. About 500 miles on it swaped it for my nos motor so I could spray the blazer. Its std std std bore rods mains. New h series bearings. Rings rods reconned crank polished and trw 12;1 pistons heads are double humps with 8hrs port time on each and a new jegs cam and lifter package. Also new oil pump arp dis drive . Great motor would sell for 1000 I just don't have a need for it sitting and needing a good home. U won't buy a crate motor with this much work for this price
  7. does everyone one on here forget that when its cold the motor requires more fuel. wich is why the e85 wich is usually 83 is backed up to 70 percent to richen the motor for cold weather. the computer needs to know nothing the added fuel is taken care of. and yes if u havent figured it out 70 percent dosent support as much power. but do you really need a car set to kill in december, jan, feb,
  8. i get about duno mileage on it and i deff dont mind. cheap as hell race gas and its easy on fuel system actually way less harm than gas hydorcoarbons actually cleans the pumps and system.

  14. I wish I could put the s10 back on and make a real good number but with the wastegate going. To 15psi on a 9lb spring id proably make 30 on the dyno. We made 15psi on a 5 psi spring I need to sell the tial 60 and get 2 40s so no more boost creep.

  16. Intercooler and turbo are chads peices and what will be comming in the kit I believe u can ask him but both kits could use a 70mm or 76mm or 76mm bb wich is what the pic is. Were working on fuel system and alt relocation brackets.

  18. mine sometimes would record with it on 4 for 920 res. and some passes it wouldent record i just tried with it on 1 this past weekend havent tried to watch it yet. but it is frusterating that it records the pass and sometimes it dont. mine is a kingston 10 class 32 g card.
  19. may look into a twin tubo kit with the bmr k member looks like it would be preaty simple to mount up twin 70s up to chad if he wants to sell it but u never know i may get bored on a single

  21. got some more progress waiting on tubbing. got the crossover made for the truck mani kit. keeps the sway bar and should be able to fit a larger t4 frame possibly up to a t4 based 80mm or 88mm if somone wants a drag only setup.

    Race fuel

    i believe its 6.25 for 100 unleded or 110 leded. and its not race fuel. race fuel begins at c12 wich is about 8 bucks a gallon. but i consider pump e85 race fuel since its so damn easy to go 8s on.
  23. since the lm2 is the desired unit and most lm1s were sold years ago i paid 75 bucks for mine lm1 and o2. the inductive clamp and o2 bracket would be about 1 third. seems to be the going price.
  24. have u put a timing light on it and checked your initial timing and total timing? timing is everything no carb will work right till thats perfect if its a electric choke u can adjust it by turning the housing loosen the 3 screws and turn it so it stays open.
