All it is is the coccyx, or tail bone. Everybody has it, but most people's tucks in towards the front. Look like hers probably got injured when she was little, or formed wrong, or something. Not all that uncommon. Some few people even get an actual tail, 2"-3" long. Usually get's clipped when the kid is a month or two old.

Tha is for a FRICTION blister, not a burn, and is absolutely the WRONG way to treat a burn. Do not use ointment of any kind. Wash it lightly with water, then take your ass to a doctor if it's any bigger than about 1/4". If it's smaller than that, leave it alone. Keep it clean and uncovered and if it starts to show signs of an infection GO TO THE DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY. Cigarette burns are one of the nastier burns you can get because they leave ashes in the burn, and those can even get permanently embedded under the skin when it heals, leaving behind a "tattoo". Until then, they're foreign matter in a wound, and can cause really nasty infections.

Three prybars, and a sledgehammer, and yes, you're gonna hurt yourself. If you try teaching yourself to remove a tire with prybars, without someone to show you how, I guarantee you're gonna get smacked with a prybar with the full force of the metal bead behind it. Believe me, that's gonna bruise to the bone. The sledgehammer is for breaking the bead off the rim. You just gotta smack it as hard as you dare on the sidewall until the bead breaks. OH, BTW, the smaller the wheel, the harder is it to break the bead. If you get smacked with the prybar, make sure you post pictures of the bruising...

They were actually rated at 210 at the crank, but I've heard stock dyno numbers as high as 220 at the wheels, so GM was sandbagging those numbers a LOT. Also, the SS/SC is very cheap to modify. IIRC, INTENSE got one up to 240+ at the wheel for less than $500 for very basic mods.
