  1. Wrong, George Sr spent 543 days over 4 years, that's 37% of the time he was in office. Are you allowed one vacation day for every 3 you work? He was paid $250,000 a year by us taxpayers, so we paid him $371,917 to do nothing. If you want to see good people, go join a small church or charity organization. This is politics, no room for hippies here.
  2. I'm sure he meant Reagan. Bush sr spent too much time on vacation during his 4 years to screw anything up.
  3. Were you paying attention when she got her current job? What's with the "Obama Husein" comments, did I miss something? Is it a "brown guy" joke?
  4. Nope, I'm being picky. I can make repairs, and If I get hurt, I'll wheel myself tomy dest, rather then walking. I'm insured for that anyways. Capital one has been sending me those things as well, I don't quite trust them. When does the 3% go up to 20%?
  5. Everyone here knows I'm a commie leftist liberal hippy. I dont like Hillary because she's a career politician. She positions herself where she needs to be be, she makes descisions based on what keeps her electable. She is not to be trusted, she's the Democratic George W Bush.
  6. christ almighty, never get in a plane after you piss off a politician! "Bush" doesn't sound like "Clinton", I think she's on the wrong list. If I wrote a list of everyone I knew or worked witht hat has died, it would be about that long, and I'm not even that old. That is serious a pathetic and weak list of "connections". Honnestly what did you hope to accomplish by posting that?
  7. Summary: I want a loan for $9000 @ $200/mo, and i want control over every penny. Or $6500 loan at 48 mo for less then $133/mo Position I'm in: Trying to trade a car (benz) for one of greater value. What I'd like to do is get a personal loan for a cash amount, like I did with the Benz. Some would go to buy the car, some would go to repair the car. I get about 9% on my current unsecured loan through BMI ($2300 remaining) I will be trading the benz, and need a loan to cover the remainder of the purchass price AND the $2300 exsisting loan, and have some cash to put into the car right away. Lets round up to $9000. This would likely need to be an unsecured loan. Usecured loans: -My bank has a $5000 unsecured loan cap, and charges 14%. -BMI has a cap based on credit score and income (my score is super-elite badass), and will give me 10.9 %. Cap at 36mo though. Vehicle loans: -My bank offered 8.1%/48 mo -BMI offers 6.4%/48 mo Problems. The personal loan is capped at 36 months, that's just shy of $300/month which is too high. The vehicle loan must go entirely to the dealer for the value of the car. I.E. I cannot take a chunk to close out my exsisting loan, ($2300). The vehicle loan @6.4/48 would be $212, + my exsisting $130/mo = 342, only $50 more then the unsecured loan. BMI is going to offer me better intrest rates, but I'll have to see if DCB will allow flexibilty with the check. The dealerships offer was my car+$6500. The same vehicle loan rate @ $6500 = $133/mo. That plus my exsiting $130/mo = $263/mo. Better, but still high. If I can haggle Auto Assets down to $5000, I'd be at $110, $240 collectively. But while down to $240/mo, I'm still $40 0ver my target, and don't get extra cash to "brighten" the jag. Suppose I haggle the dealership to brighten it for me at the $6500+Benz deal. Nice, ok, but I'm still $63/mo over target. AndI'm not even factoring in the extra ~$14/mo they seem to charge over my static percent. Refinancing is actually kind of a fun game, I just need more data and I bet I can get what I need.
  8. And that's all you want. Power leaves no one untainted, we need some one who is not a jaundiced old career politician. Hillary FTL, she stinks of career politician, I don;t trust her. Get Barak in office before anyone has a chance to fuck him up. Just say NO to Hillary in the primaries.

  10. FINALLY got my kid out in the snow and sledding! I want a solid 3 months of this, but colder. The Drizzle today was FTL. +1 on wheel imbalance from sliding. All most killed a few of those last night up north, guys are fuckin nuts. The Ohio Winter Rally last night was tits, took second, too.
  11. Nien, but those are cool, too. I'm trying to find an article or something on this........
  12. I know exactly where you're talking about, I've seen the Jag-house. lol Didn't know it was a shop. I'd be real interested in that number. Clay: Incorrect. I won't touch a 98 or newer XJR, there's a reason that the market is saturated with them. You can get them for $7000, which is $4000 less then the average cost of a tranny swap, something you are garaunteed to have to do if you buy a 98+ XJR. Ford did change the powertrain, they off'ed the GM tranny and went with a Mercedes "100,000mile" sealed unit, which seems to last about 20,000 miles before it need replaced. Price tag? $10,000+ if you go through a dealer.
  13. Where do people here take their Jags? Also, I test drove one, and couldn't figure all the gadgets out. I need a manual or some one who knows the car, I want to make sure everything works. Ideas?
  14. Taiwan, south Korea, Japan, possibly Nepal (if they even have satilites).
  15. The Geely ASAT; Sure we have to launch from the ground, but 1 outa 3 aint bad
  16. You hit the nail, but not on the head. Quick Oversimplification: The body can process the water, and can do it fairly quickly. The problem is, it enters your system and dilutes your blood. Just like your car, you need a specific "octane" to run right. If it's too far off, you quit running.
  17. Depends on what you've eaten. She would have been better off with a full belly, or Gatorade.
  18. I should scan my Buck ID. lol I go to main for the libraries and the Mountaineers club, no free time is spent there otherwise. I know lots of students who don't give a shit. You guys are the squeaky wheels. You can feel disappointed, even I was disappointed and I don't even give a shit. "Betrayed" is out on the fringe, it's personal. What percentage of rabid buck fans have never set foot on a college campus while sober?
  19. You listen to much talk radio? This honestly isn't the stupidest stunt I've heard of, not by a long shot. I totaly agree that medical personel should have been on hand, as with any physical competition anywhere. But they are not responceble for the womans inability to take care of herself. She left the station alive, anything after that was all her. She could have found a free clinic, instead she went home. She could have found a non-free clinic, they're not allowed to turn her away. I feel sorry for her, but no one else needs to suffer for her descisions. Actually Ben, that's exactly what you do when you sign a waiver. lol Things I've signed away: -Right to sue (alot) -Right to press charges for specific things -Right to free speech -right to legal counsel -right to jury trial -right to speedy trial -right to bare arms (kekeke) -right to free press (right to publish) And I don't live a particularly dramatic lifestyle, these are just things that come up. Try reading NTRs waiver some time.
  20. First off, the term is "Holier then thou". Second, it was the team you watched all year, not the team you played on all year, or the team you coached all year. All you did was watch, yell, drink, and buy hats. So you are in no position to critique the way they played. It wasn't your game, it was theirs, and I'm pretty sure they wanted to win and they played to the best of their abilities. Their best just wasn't good enough. If you've ever actually played anything on a competitive level, you'd know that every game is different, you're different and they're different. You sit on your couch while those men do the work, and have the nerve to bitch when they don't work hard enough to please you. That's not a fan. It's not a matter of being on the other side, it's a matter of speaking up when I see some fucked up shit.
  21. Medical advice is not expensive and everyone has access to a doctor. I actually receive about 4 hours of hands on medical training from real doctors annualy (you want in on that?). The most that medical advice has ever cost me was a trip to Dayton for a seminar. You have control over your puking, she didn't because she faught it.
  22. I'm not doctor, and I knew. It's actually taught in highschool health class. What people don't know is how much will harm them. If you own a car, you need to know how to take care of it. We make fun of people who don't, even if no one had ever told them that the oil needs changed. Well, you've got a body, and it's really no one elses job to tell you how to take care of it. If you're going to enter into a competition that is designed to stretch your physiology in any way, you need to call a doctor first. It is a shame, but she needed to make some calls. I'd only fault the station for not having some medical professional on hand. First aid tip: If you feel like you may throw up, throw up. Don't hold it, your body is telling you something. 5 minutes of puking is a good way to avoid 5 days of ass explosion, or in this case, poisoning. "No one told her it was bad for her", wrong. Her body told her. Lawsuit = over. They'll probably settle. Anyone remember the Vodka Drinking contest a few years back? Where the top 2 both died from alcohol poisoning? Who's fault was that?
