I would just go to walmart and get a cheapo pair of reading glasses if that is the bare minimum that you need. As soon as you start wearing glasses all the time your eyes deteriorate(sp) even faster, at leat that is what happened to me. I have just recently made the switch to contacts and that is ALOT better than have to worry about glasses all the time.

I have had great results with the Saucony I also had this problem when i first started running except it was my knees, I thought for sure I had torn something in my knee. Come to find out I wasn't wearing the right shoes and I went to Second Sole here in Delaware and he hooked me up with a pair and I never had a problem again. I run about 3.5 - 4 miles outside on concrete or asphault and it doesn't bother me 1 bit.

your first time i would recommend taking someone that knows what they are doing with you, or going to a ramp that is barely used. Week nights are generally a good time to go practice stuff like that on Alum. Main things you need are: Flares/distress flag, audiable horn or some kind, life vests for everyone on the boat, throwable life presever, flame supressor thing on your carb.... I'm sure there is more that I am forgetting. If you wanna meet at Alum sometime I can help you launch it sometime, I only live 10 mins away.
