  2. Is this the Red over grey one with the turbine wheels? If so, I don't think it has an engine in it....
  3. Too much work for me.... I like doing nothing. (I know you know this.)
  4. Have you learned nothing? I'm disappointed; I thought I taught you better than this.
  5. Only if I can paint flames on my barbeque while I work...

    cobalt SS/SC

I don't think I'd call it a ricer's dream... (Especially if I drove a DSM smile.gif ) It's a nice looking (But I don't much care for that wing) car with a nice interior, great factory stereo, some balls, and a fairly affordable price tag. Show me a new RSX/SRT-4/Civic that costs less, goes faster, looks better, drives nicer, and is as nicely equipped and I'll be impressed. IMHO, I think this is a good American answer to the Japanese cars that have become so popular.
  7. I couldn't hold a straight face and look at that... smile.gif
  8. I thought trolling was posting in order to get a reaction from other users.... Lurking is probably a better fit. Oh, God... did I just correct someone on internet terminology?
  9. I wouldn't think so... running it balls out for 45 seconds, shutting it off, (with no coolant circulation) leaving it parked in 90 degree weather with no airflow for a few minutes, getting back in and doing it again probably results in a fair amount of heat soak... stock or not.
  10. Mechanical Engineer You scored 100! You probably think this test is a children's book. You can set rod bearings to the exact clearance that the manual calls for with no margin of error. You can probably identify any car driving down the street within seconds, and you swear your car has a personality all its own. Congrats and happy motoring! My test tracked 1 variable How you compared to other people your age and gender: You scored higher than 95% on Nuts and Bolts If you liked my test, send it to your friends! 11. Well said. My mother is a professor, and teaches (among other things) several classes on Islam. I have met many Muslims who are just like you and I; commited to their faith, but not intent on destroying a country that grants them education and prosperity. A few bad apples don't really spoil a bunch, only in perception. For instance, just imagine if people judged our country based on Grove City...

    A Public Apology

That's right, blast the guy for standing up and apologizing. Would you have rather seen a post reading "F you guys, I don't care who I pissed off... blow me." ?

    Rim Repair

Yep, Wheel Medic on Shoemaker (Near Cleveland Ave. And 5th Ave.) I had them straighten a wheel on my old Mustang, and have sent several customers there, good work.
  14. Funny you should mention this... I had a customer come in today looking for silicone intake hose to attach one to his Honda! He showed it to me, and I picked the thing up, noticed it weighed about 3/4 of a pound, and hooked it up to a battery to see what kind of air this thing put out. This won't surprise anyone, but I think the battery operated personal fans (with the exposed flexible blades that cost $1.99 in a gas station) rivaled the output of this cheap blower motor with a "turbo-like" plastic housing. Got a good chuckle, but couldn't bring myself to burst the poor kid's bubble.
  15. Uh, he was talking about me.... (He's a co-worker of mine.) Oh, and it's absurd.
  16. I've been that angry with a car before... just never followed through. That RX7 = pwn3d.
  17. +1 Better be careful, Mike... you know it's probably faster than your 'Stang...
  18. Umm... she said "cheap". There is nothing cheap about retrofitting any one of those engines into a 1962 Corvette. If the original engine is still present, save it to be rebuilt and drop in any old small-block in the meantime. Salvage yard prices start at $150, and the install is straightforward.
  19. Nice car... good luck on the sale.
  20. Or the Beretta, or the Jag.... graemlins/doh.gif
  21. pwn3d. I just find it disturbing that these kids wanted this guy to show them his weenie bad enough to dress up like a girl....
