  2. I'll bring it with me to work tomorrow. PM me for details etc.
  3. I have a flip samsung X495, $5 and its yours
  4. I have a $25 card that I got for Christmas, I would like to get $20 for it. Also found a $10 Bravo card and a $20 Cameron Mitchell Card. $25 takes both. Buy them all for the low price of $40...
  5. I need a manifold for a 4bl carb. It doesn't have to be pretty, but if it is for 87 up cast iron heads all the better. Looking for anything dual plane, edelbrock, weiand, holley...
  6. Flushed the radiator, it does not seem to have a blockage, but it is one of those non tubular types so who knows. I ran a bunch of water through the system and the temperature seemed to stay in the 210 ranges all afternoon without the fan clutch. I hooked the fan clutch up and noticed that the car started to overheat again. I was able to stop the fan without any problems at 230F so I called NAPA and got a new fan clutch. This also did not solve the problem, but I could not stop the fan when the truck started to get hot. I finally went and found a TSB that describes the problem it is 012103, overheating with limited or no heat from the heater.
  7. I agree, I felt the radiator after it overheated and the whole bottom was cool to the touch while the top was super hot. It has to be a blocked radiator. I am going to investigate HP options. AJ, I looked on the prestone site and they do not show the 2 part flush on there. Have any idea where I could get it?
  8. Any thoughts on the lower hose that has the thermostat housing being really cool? That makes me think radiator blockage.
  9. No I did not have a reprogram done, but the clutch was a brand new latest model clutch and it was installed over a month ago and there were no problems until Tuesday. I was able to stop the fan at low speed, but did not attempt to once it started to get hot.
  10. The fan clutch is engaging and increases to about 45% at 225F when it was shut down as it kept going up (this is from mechanic) I just saw it heading up and shut it down when the gauge on the dash got to 240F and the overflow started to boil over. I had him also check the gauge on the dash verses the actual temperature and they were within 5 degrees of each other so the gauge is okay. I would have thought maybe a gauge problem too except for the obvious boil over into the overflow tank. Would a clogged radiator still "flush" okay? I don't know the exact design on these radiators.
  11. I need some help here. I am trying to isolate an overheating issue with my TB. I have a new water pump, new fan clutch, (installed and working for a month) 2 new thermostats yesterday and today and the damn thing still won't cool off. I have had the system flushed, it holds pressure and doesn't appear to have any air left in the lines as I have tried once with the repairs and then had a guy up by Worthington Hills look at it today and he too came to the same conclusion. Symptoms are as follows, it will go up to operating temperature fairly slowly and then continue to overheat. I have no heat coming out through the heater core (I suspected air, but it does not appear to be the case), the lower hose off the radiator is only 150ish with IR temp and the top hose is 240ish. It sounds like maybe a blockage in the radiator, but it flushed out okay so it has me stumped.
  12. Speaking of, I need to get with you too AJ. I never got around to it last year when we talked about this exact same thing.
  13. http://www.bmv.ohio.gov/deputy-registrar/bmv-1207.htm I couldn't believe it, but yep, anyone can open a deputy registrar office.
  14. Just take the lug key over to pepboys and sort through the sets till you find one that matches. There are only 6 or 7 different ones I think. Unless they have changed the packaging you can see the configurations. I did this on a nissan for someone when changing brake pads.
  15. The current research on sun spot phenom as well as solar flare cycling can be shown to effect the overall temperature of the planets in our solar system. I personally feel that we as humans think very highly of ourselves if we feel that we can have an effect on the climatology of a planet that is 4.5 billion years old. The amount of harmful emissions emitted by one volcanic eruption total more than all industrialized society can put out in a year. Our meteorologists have time predicting cloud cover and precipitation for the next week, why then do we feel that we can predict out 50yrs? It is like the old movies that had everyone in 2000 wearing mylar coated outfits and flying in personal aircraft. We do not have data that can even be considered to be remotely accurate on global warming except for ice cores that have been collected from the poles which has been previously posted on her. Lonnie Thompsons group at OSU have some extremely interesting work that totally supports global warming but for completely different reasons than what those who support the UN and people like Al Gore. I have no problem with using "safer technology" as long as it works as well or better and costs the same as "environmentally harmful".
  16. At most the screw removal is going to be like a 10min outpatient procedure. I had three removed and it was like 15min on the billing. The cost is minimal that you should have to pay, like $100 at the most. I look at mine as the cost of playing sports. If yours was on your time too (you didn't mention workers comp), then it is shitty but you have to pay for your accidents and move on.
  17. I have two upholstered recliners that I would like to be rid of. One is marroon and is free if you come get it. The other is tan and I would like to get $20 out of it. I do not have pics, they are both used, recliners still work on both, nonsmoking, but pet (cats) house if that matter. I can get pics if you are sure you are coming to pickup.
  18. Sams Club/Walmart on Morse are terrible. Some Mexicans stole my wifes cart the last time she went there, which was a couple of years ago. They needed a cart, she had one and she left it unattended so they shoved all of her items onto the shelves and made off with the cart! I refuse to go to the Sams Club next to it as well because I have gotten several things there that had to be returned as they were broken when I got them home. I drive the extra 15min to either Reynoldsburg or to Sawmill/Bethel.
  19. I may have a friend a work who is interested. He is not on the board so I am going to email him the pics.
  20. I have an old Rio player, it's nothing special, but if your looking for just a few songs (read less than 100) then it would be fine.
  21. My wife and I paid our way through college and grad school, but had to get some loans and debt came along with it. Kids are a money pit too, we put out $600+ in daycare every month which would sure look nicer as a car payment, but that's just me!
  22. Vinny, I think that the square bore should work. I have a regular performer right now, but if I want to go bigger later the RPM would be better. Let me know how to pay and pickup.
  23. TEXASS let me know price on the distributor, and Vinny shoot me a PM.
  24. Sorry man it is not an LT1 intake it is the older TPI off an L98. I would love to do some trading though if your interested. I have a full wiring harness and two ECMs that I would even be able to throw in.
