It does come with a traction control system. I'm not sure exactley what it uses, but I've heard it has one.

I liked the Mustang, looked very aggresive. I really like the graphics on it, too. Kinda dissapointed they didn't get the intercooled version of the supercharger for it, woulda got them an extra 50 hp, oh well. The Civic also looked good, much better than I expected.

I finally got the pics from my friend. There's about 70 of them. The pictures are mixed up, but if you're familiar with the two racing series you can tell which are Rolex series and which are Grand Am cup. The Saturday pics are either blurry or overcast, but they're not that bad. Sunday pictures are nice and sunny. I like it, definitely better than the last. The only thing on the whole car I don't like is the gauge cluster. I'm not a fan of digital gauges, but I could get used to it. Good work on the interior, too. Does it still have the shifter in that weird spot like the last one did? It's hard to tell in the pictures.

It was a pretty good review, except I have the whole episode, and that intro with the older car sitting in the studio is different from the version I have. Anyways, it seemed all he was gonna do is point out its shortcomings, and then he hits the M button. It sounds so good climbing to its redline. I don't think I could live with all the annoying stuff, though.

Cool, those cars are starting to grow on me. I saw one up close this past weekend at the EMCO gears classic. They do look like they'd be pretty fun to drive. Are they fast, though? I know they have 177 HP, but I dunno 0-60 or 1/4 mile times.

I see what you mean, and agree to an extent. But a couple issues ago, their 50th anniversary one, had stories written by current and past editors about their time at C/D. Most said they didn't like moving from NYC, the center of the media universe they called it, to some town in the middle of nowhere. A few even said they thought it was for kissing Detroit's ass more easily.

People have been making that allegation ever since C/D moved its offices from NYC to Ann Arbor. People thought they moved there to be closer to Detroit cause the big 3 were bribing them.

I enjoy Top Gear a lot. Mostly for the awesome cars and humor (like found in this particular segment). Those guys have driven every kick ass and high end car out there, so it's no suprise he gave the Lightning a bad review. They give about every American car a bad review, except for the CTS-V and Ford GT (that I've seen). Have you ever seen them review a TVR? They usually just compain about the car for 10 minutes. So they're not just biased against American cars. They say what they think and don't care, and I like that. I take all their anti-American humor as sarcasm and just enjoy the show.

Yeah, I'd rather have the Sunset Orange Metallic John has. My favorite color on a TA, besides black.

Good info. I have so many half full bottles of different types of wax cause I'm always looking for the best kind. I might pick up the SynWax sometime. I have one microfiber towel that came with some wax I bought. They are definitely much better than cotton towels, I just don't like that they're smaller. But I guess you don't really need a large towel for most cars.

Saw it on streetfire.net the other day. I was like "she probably doesn't know how to drive that thing and will keep the flappy paddle gearbox in auto mode." Then I saw it was a real gearbox and she was pretty good with it lol. The end is the icing on the cake.

I'm a Car and Driver junkie They also had an article on it. It certainly is stunning, and HUGE. I don't think it's the sexiest, but it's close. The grill reminds me of a cow catcher lol. I'm not a fan of the clear taillights, though. Is it going into production, I forget?
