  1. That PS segment was done in the last episode of this season. I knew what the outcome would be. I've seen it done before just the other day, on some show on Spike, I think. I was also a bit dissapointed in the section on the Veyron. That video posted isn't even the full section, but you don't miss much. They don't really show him driving it that hard. I still love watching these clips, I can't get enough Top Gear.
  2. Repost, but cool nonetheless.
  3. Hey, GrandPrixGT guy, did you paint the word "Pontiac" on the back of your car red? I may have seen it the other day at DeVry.
  4. I'm more neutral than anything else. I love the first gen Camaros, the 69 Z28 was my first dream car. And I plan on getting an '01 or '02 Camaro sometime soon. But, that concept you posted is just ugly. To each his own...
  5. It's uglier than that fake one posted in the Pics and Vids section.
  6. ...Or the guy taking the lit shot and dumping it all over his face.
  7. 2600? Damn, that's heavy. I'm just under 2500 stock I think that is one of the best supercars. Especially in the interior, it doesn't look as inhuman as the Zonda's.
  8. Sick fuckers. Reminds me of that pic that was posted on here a while back of the woman on her bed and you can see a child just off to the side of the bed.
  9. I wouldn't mind one in black, please. That new rear fascia looks much better than the regular one.
  10. Haha, number 6 is the best.
  11. If you can't live your life a quarter mile at a time than you might as well do it virtually I thought Need for Speed games were supposed to be educational...?
  12. Dunno the sq/ft of my apartment, but it's 3 levels (basement, 1st, and 2nd floor). Was $30 the other month, $70 last month and $155 for January. We put plastic over every window and door except the front to help. Little good it did.
  13. I beat that game the other week and I agree with your list. The cut-scenes always had me laughing out loud. I couldn't figure out if they were meant to be sarcastic or if they actually are serious. And, once you get past a certain point, the police chases become rediculously hard. The final mission, after you beat that Razor douche, is running from the cops with a x6 heat level. You gotta find some damned bridge and jump over it while they're coming down no you pretty damn hard. I love the damage effects, too. Run into a wall doing 180? No problem, just some scratches on the bumper and a cracked windshield lol. Just get rammed by two Jeeps head-on at a combined speed somewhere around 270? You're good, keep driving. I beat the game using the Cobalt right from the beginning. I won some nice cars, like a C6, along the way. I found they suck because when you try to launch all they do is spin the tires, which won't help when the cops are trying to pin you against a wall or if you get stuck during a race and need to catch up quickly. This game is fun, just rediculous, like the last one.
  14. Spring time - Installed full header, developed hissing sound that is prevelant to this day. June - Received WW kit, did a half ass install, but it hung in there till Fall Summer/Fall - contemplated turbo set up, ordered some parts, changed mind, sold parts off. End of Fall - "winterized" car (17"s and WW kit came off) 2006 - probably put WW kit back on, but do it right. Maybe sell some parts off the car and ones I have lying around in preperation to sell the car. Hope to buy a newer, faster car come Summer time.
  15. There's a similar page out there, but the money made from it goes to hurricane relief.
  16. It sucks for us car guys who look for originality and what-not, but this new "retro boom" is what's currently moving cars. Dodge has been in a slouch for quite some time and now they're making some money on this new fad. So, of course they're gonna milk it as much as they can while we sit online and piss and moan about it. That's how the world works I guess. I can't wait to see how slow the V6 version of this sled will be. You know they're gonna sell more of those than the Hemi version, if they even put a V6 in there.
  17. Lol, I bet that 396 cube engine weights quite a bit. What do you think the weight distribution will be? 60/40? 70/30? lol
  18. The February Car and Driver just got here and it has a brief preview of the car. They were told the weight would be around 4100 lbs(!). The car is still 18-24 months away, though. Also, it doesn't ride on the the same platform as the Charger/Magnum. It is a modified version of it, shortened around 5 inches. And those carbon fiber stripes on the hood are actually unpainted portions of the carbon fiber hood.
  19. You'd think they'd be able to make the new one right, since they've built the damn thing before. Maybe the blueprints were lost? lol Damn safety laws, they ruin lots of cars. K, well I think it looks good. I'll wait till the final thing is out to make a firm opinion.
  20. I thought FinalGear was told to cease providing downloads of the show?
  21. I use Torrentspy mostly, but recently they've been kinda slow on getting the torrents up. Torrentreactor.net has them up pretty quickly lately, so I've gotten my last few from there. FYI, this weeks episode doesn't premier till tonight, so the torrent probably won't be up for a day or two.
  22. I'd love for it to come here. But, like blackbird said, if they get rid of the cast it won't be the same. If they keep the stunning camera work it'd be bareable, but those funny little bastards make it extra special. Just think if they brought it over here without the Stig!! Now that'd suck balls. For now, I'm content with just downloading the British episodes.
  23. Looks like a modern art factory, very nice. I've heard that Phaetons aren't selling for shit. I read dealers were taking up to 20 grand off the price just to move them. Must be losing lots of money, especially after building a plant like that.
