When that repair/recovery screen comes up follow the prompts until you see the list of options (startup repair, system restore...) the last one should be 'Toshiba Recovery Wizard'. This will re-image your laptop. It will also delete all your personal data. I got this info from my Toshiba A665 laptop.

Double barrel shotguns are either single trigger that will only fire one barrel at a time or double trigger. I've never seen shotgun that has a single trigger that will fire both barrels at the same time.
