    Thanks for the link Mike. The second receiver is getting bent this week. After that the same friend is going to spot weld the rails in them and then the heat treating. I've already ordered the Duracoat for them too. Having a big family reunion 'Shootout' on July 17th and I'm hoping to have them ready for it...

    Did you see the Springfield 1911A1 on Armslist for $450? looked like a decent deal. Also seen a Para GI Expert on there for $400... I wouldn't sell my Para GI Expert for anything... Love that gun as much as the Colt.

    A Torsen diff from a 2001 Ranger Edge 4X4 would be a nice upgrade. I've had a few cow tippers on trucks and from my experience 90% on what is sold today are for looks only... I wouldn't use one for much more than pushing a rolling car. Also they will rust out from the inside out and look like shit in 5 years or less. Good luck with your truck.

    $275-$295. If it had a bull or slab side barrel it would be worth a bit more. Great plink'r. I have a couple of the Mark series pistols and love them. By far the trickiest guns I own to take apart and clean.

    Vance's had about 30 or so police trades for $349 and comes with 3-13 round mags. They looked to be in good shape. a few had wear and holster marks but for $349 you can't hardly be picky.

    I love shooting there. I grew up about 2 miles from there and would go there with my brother... This place has been there for at least 30 years if not longer... I hope the Airport expansion doesn't force it out.
