  1. Wife had to vote early given her schedule tomorrow. She just texted me: "20 minutes to drive 0.5miles down Morse Road to Franklin County polling station. Line is around the block to go inside. Moving steadily but crazy how many people are here. Should have come weeks ago" Would love to see a voter participation rate higher than 33%. From what is being said, there looks to be pretty serious voter turnout!
  2. Anyone know when polling locations open tomorrow? I thought in previous years it was 6:30am, but I didn't see where the hours were for the General Election... http://vote.franklincountyohio.gov/voters/polling-locations.cfm https://www.sos.state.oh.us/SOS/Upload/sites/ballotTracking/ballotTracking.aspx?page=20547

  4. I cannot understand how Kerry is able to talk/type this much about a topic or issue, and have zero net-positive impact on his life or the lives of others. He'll say he's having fun...I say he's a crying-on-the-inside kind of clown.
  5. That's the right way to drive that thing: all sights, sounds, and smells it can make in one parking lot.
  6. Not a fan personally, but a clever twist on modern 911's. Glad the creativity is flowing...
  7. Don't worry... AROLDIS SHUT IT DOWN :fa:
  8. I have a HF 750lb capacity one you can borrow. Slow pressure bleed but it does the job just fine.
  9. I have one you can borrow. 750lb capacity. Slow pressure bleed but it'll hold plenty.
  10. +100. Was at Park Street Tavern last night at a Bob Ras concert, they had to stop the set because of the 8th and 9th innings. Incredible game. SHOTS FIRED
  11. Great info, Bob. Thank you! Mike, I'm certainly down for more interviews, as I still have some of the stuff (cheap lavallier mics, Kevan's tripod ) from the few vids I did. Also, I still have some names of guys that wanted to do interviews. I need someone to reliably work with me on the videography...
  12. Bob, can you share roughly how much the range is to have a more popular YouTuber open a TacPack on their channel? My daughter watches people opening up "blind bags", which are like baseball cards in that they are a foil pack you cannot see through...she cannot get enough toy-opening vids. Sounds like a TacPack "opening vid" would be a great way to gain exposure.

Anyone on here have a channel on YouTube that makes them money? Anyone care to admit such a thing? As a car guy and father, ive been very interested in "fanboy"-style exotic car vids, as well as these children videos my son would watch all day if I let him. http://kotaku.com/on-youtube-millions-watch-shows-for-children-made-enti-1788282618 While my personal opinion is both categories of video genres are tits-on-a-bull worthless, I understand the premise of eyeballs for ads and Amazon-links so an individual can make money...but it's tough to gauge how much people make off of these videos...
  15. I want to talk about another game-leveler... THE ECONOMY Often one of the largest factors influencing people's decisions whether to keep an incumbent or dominating party in office, I'd submit that things aren't looking very good for the future. Q3 2016 earnings have come out, and out of the top 74 companies that reported, the average return has been -2.23%. Not good, and charts are not looking favorable for the future either.
  16. Kerry, I can agree that Republican control certainly shows as obstructionist from a democrat/liberal point of view. Two thoughts I have related to that topic: - They see most of the liberal agenda going against the needs/wants of the Republican constituency. - They are fearful of right-wing backlash for not supporting some wacky 1880's Christian worldview agenda. I'm having fun with the second comment, but the first - while seeming like a basic and assumed tenant of a party politician on BOTH sides - shows men and women who fear change in an ever-changing world, and are trying to slow down the progress of an escalating liberal agenda. Obamacare's broken, there are vacancies on the Supreme Court, and the economy cannot support the social assistance that is now expected by many people in this country today. Something's gotta change, but the GOP doesn't think many of Obama's ideas are going to cut the mustard. Even the ones he did force through haven't been as helpful as sold to the United States people. http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/promises/obameter/
  17. I hear ya, Forrest...believe me, I've spent a lot of time throughout my life driving in major metropolitan areas for work and pleasure. Frankly, it's because we aren't a NYC/LA/Chi/ATL/Dulles Corridor area that makes me angry people subject themselves to such traffic!
  18. I've been looking at getting sound through a couple of my older vehicles using a hidden/under-dash-mounted unit: https://www.amazon.com/Bluetooth-Amplifier-ELEGIANT-Control-Motorcycle/dp/B01GE1MIGM/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1477574281&sr=8-2&keywords=bluetooth+car+stereo+amplifier I'd warn against too many functions (bluetooth, backup camera screen) through a single, cheaper headunit - too many reasons for UI to not function properly in the long run. Have you looked at a standalone backup camera solution?: https://www.amazon.com/LeeKooLuu-Reverse-Camera-Monitor-Vision/dp/B0167ZKAK6/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1477577593&sr=8-9&keywords=backup+camera
  19. Thanks, Tim. CR, I may only need 1-2. If anyone wants one delivered to their house for a nominal fee when I get them in the back of Cleetus, PM me your interest. Thanks!
