  1. Friend-of-the-family is in NC, and needs a 38-foot, 7800-lb camper trailer towed from storage in Painesville (east of Cleveland) to New Albany. Approximately 130 miles. Trailer has a normal ball hitch (as opposed to pintle hook or gooseneck). Please advise if you can accomodate by end of May. Thank you!
  2. Saw that article. Passed right over it. Not gonna click it here either.
  3. Is it a bearing seated in the control arm, with a driveshaft that goes through it? Harbor Freight makes a "Front Wheel Bearing" tool kit that works like a charm to get the old bearing and race out and reinstall a new one in quick order.
  4. Hey, Brian... Used these guys to move the CTS-V from CA to OH. One trailer, no shuffling. Great service. Check out their website at the bottom for an online quote generating tool that was very handy. They're a broker, so they'll ask what level of shipment you'd like (covered, open, quick, etc...) and they did a great job. 5. Thanks as always, Rick! I guess I'm going to look at peeling the wood paneling off and fixing what I find.
  6. http://thewondrous.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/Heart-Attack.jpg You're going to get a workout doing "hills" every time you mow! Srsly, Trey...I have to agree with the others. There is nothing about that non-grassy hill and dense shrubs at the bottom that would make me want to have it grassed. If kids played there, all they'd be doing is tumbling down hill after the balls that rolled there. I think terraced beds is a great way to use that hillside, as well as prevent further erosion (as evidenced from your bottom-looking-up picture). See if you can get a partial credit for the sod and labor, and put that towards better management of at least the steepest part of that hill.
  7. Easton has never worked with me in the past...but I do like the idea of getting one of the outparcel restaurants to carve out some space. Another easy jaunt off the highway as well. Thanks for the suggestion. Always great to hear. There have been a regular flow of Cincinnati folks as their "Fuel" C&C group has outgrown their venue. Love seeing the connectivity. I think these destinations (cruises/open houses) only add to the attraction. I know Lucore Automotive (thanks, Austin!) is intadested in 1 or maybe 2 open houses this season, as are a couple other sponsor/non-sponsor shops. Those will definitely be floated on an on-going basis. I knew you would be.
  8. Everyone, I've gotten GREAT feedback from people regarding our cruises. I'd like to keep up the after-CC&C events as much as possible. Anyone have ideas for this weekend, or sometime in the next few weeks. Thank you!
  9. I may have asked this question in the past, but the hot tub in the backyard that I haven't run in over a year. The water is magically clear under the cover, but I think the filter housing cracked during the winter. Any DIY resources to get new pump/valves? Thanks!

This thread is like a soap opera for D&D nerds...
  11. I like that "roll race" format...seems like you get a lot of speed without a ton of the ker-blooming at the launch. Props to the Alpha and the UGR Gallardo - I love me some UGR TT R8/Gallardo action...would love to see what one of those goes for 10-15 years from now on the used market...
  12. I saw this vid and cringed. It's a testament to the structural rigidity of cages these days. Glad he made it out with such minimal long-term damage! Reminds me of military aviation limitations today: planes can go faster/farther/higher...the biggest problem is managing the squishy sack of meat on the inside.
  13. Strong numbers! Great to see you guys working together on this, and getting such a strong performance. Looking forward to seeing how it gets sorted out.
  14. Hey, Shaun...apologies. Our family had a tour through a farm in Holmes county this afternoon - long story. We didn't get back until late, killed my day. I can try to pick up the stuff tomorrow evening. PM me your address, please!
  15. Look, boondocks...that hot water heater is going to have to find ME
  16. Can I pick it up tomorrow evening?
  17. http://www.thetruthaboutcars.com/2016/04/top-down-pricing-2017-fiat-124-spider-starts-at-24995/ Not gonna lie, I think it's a beautiful car and I like that the chassis underneath is a Miata. Sure, you get the 1.4L Turbo from the Abarth of questionable long-term reliability, but this could be a fun runabout in 10 years when you can pick one up for less than half price. However, $25-30k for a less-than-200hp convertible is a bit steep. There are better track cars/cruisers for less money in the 1-3 year old used market.
  18. Bring it down for Skyline on Bethel. I'll pick it up.
  19. I need to do a run. Where is the stuff located?
  20. Good luck with the weather. Sounds like a cool event nonetheless.
  21. Welcome to the site! Send some pics of the V when you get a chance. You're missing our Spring Drag Day at National Trails today...will be more stuff coming up. Stay tuned.
  22. I'll be there...missed last weeks. If the weather is shitty I'll at least grab my morning coffee and say hi to a few friends...
