  1. We're doing them at Bank of America. Bob Dolciato: bob.dolciato@baml.com if your studio is here in Columbus.
  2. My daughter loves Raph: he's cool but rude. Continued props to you for offering something to people that Wal*Mart never will, and having fun doing it.
  3. http://jalopnik.com/chevrolet-ss-manual-transmission-magnetic-ride-confirm-1607990115 I saw one of these at the Jack Maxton Cruise-in on Friday; had not seen one in the flesh before that. Overall I applaud GM for offering a manual transmission in it. I'd also argue it's the LARGEST car sold in america that offers one! Not for me, but hopefully someone shopping for a Hemi Charger/300C will put it on their list.
  4. Hey, Shaun...thanks a ton for the tips! FYI, I was told to put it in Neutral before removing the lower drive. It's tidal since it's in FL...I think at low tide the depth is around 3-5ft away from the seawall, with a 2-3ft tidal swing. Just called a guy that was recommended by a friend. I'm hoping I'll get "dockside" service scheduled before the weekend.
  5. Wags, after I redid my FiL's pit bike, I was informed by a buddy that Ollie's had refurbished Baja Dirt Bug bikes for $150. I didn't hear which locations but you might want to call around to see if there are any in stock.
  6. Talked to Greg at DJ's party...glad you guys had such a good time! I'll try to make it out on Aug 3rd...
  7. That's nice of him. Any thought to a hidden kill switch for the ignition, and just using a push-button starter relay?
  8. LOL @ "Entreprenegro" Welcome to the site!
  9. I am on year 3 of a totally recreational quest to get my private pilot license...can't imagine being able to fly heli's one day. One of my only regrets in life is that I was the first male member of my family not to pursue the military; I loved flying since I was a kid. I would highly recommend going the military route and do it soon before you hit the age restriction. Good luck! It takes a lot of resources (time, money, effort) to achieve it as a hobby but it's worth it. People pay hundreds of dollars to drive at Mid-Ohio and I can go faster and pull more G's in a Cessna 152 for $80/hr.

Welcome to the site! LOL'd at your s/n...tough to NOT read that without hearing a certain CGI Italian plumber's voice in your mind. Are you from Ohio before CSU? I grew up in Shaker Heights, 'rents now live in Euclid by the lake. I'm up to Cleveland weekly for work...
  11. #ThuggedOutSinceCubScouts Will be up in the urr...got a friend in town from Naples and he's flying out Sunday...
  12. DID SOMEONE SAY... POVERTY E36?!?!?
  13. Rob, it's a 2000 OX66 Saltwater Series with an extended lower. I've never heard of SIM Yamaha...will check them out. I've gotten new waterpump housings, oil seals, washers, the whole bit...
  14. Loved that Airstrip Attack vid! Amazing the shots you're able to get with drones these days...

    CC&C

Thanks, Mike! I appreciate it. I've gotten great feedback and I like doing them so more to come... The REALLY nice thing is hearing back from the people I've interviewed: a lot of them are shy/humble about being interviewed, but when I ask them how they liked the vids after I posted them, they are all very happy. Plus, more than one person has told me that people will come up to them at CC&C and talk to them more about their cars after seeing them on a vid. It's a real ice-breaker!
  16. Here ya go, ERIKA http://www.ebay.com/itm/231279829872
  17. LOL @ "Gummipuffer" Sounds like something Not Brian is into these days...
  18. The State Highway Patrol plane "Hotel Papa" flies out of Don Scott (KOSU). I got nailed early last year. The only way Hotel Papa is effective is by radioing to troopers on the ground. It's a plane with officers sworn to uphold state law, relaying what they see to other sworn officers. Technical? No. Effective? Unfortunately, yes.:fuuuu:
  19. Next weekend, I'll be in Naples for a few days and plan on replacing the waterpump on my Yamaha 200hp 2-stroke outboard. It's on a boat lift at a slip in my condo. I've gotten all the parts and Yamalube from Naples Boat Mart, and my friend there at NBM printed off the factory assembly diagrams for me to reference. Has anyone ever done outboard work while the boat is on a lift (and over water)? I realize I'm not making it easy on myself, but if I can unbolt and remove the lower drive I can disassemble it on my workbench. Could I lower the boat close enough to the water for me to take out the lower drive while sitting in a dinghy? I don't want to drop a bolt or washer in the harbor, but I replaced two thermostats and a poppet valve from the powerhead while it was on the lift also so I'm not too nervous... I'm looking for someone else like me who has no shame to save $600+ in labor fees for something they can do themselves. Thanks!
  20. No worries. I used them a couple of times for parking lot management at CC&C, but now I use it when the kids are biking around. Let me know if things change and you still need them.
  21. I will say the broom handle idea is a good point...mine are plastic and don't have the hole (hard-capped). No broom handles here. FYI...
  22. I see what you did there:masturboy:
  23. I've got some. How many do you need? THey're hard plastic, about 12-18" high. Just to borrow, right?
