FORD Edge.....

Can anyone recommend a small engine repair shop? My inlaws have a JD 445 lawn tractor it's got the 22hp liquid cooled Kawasaki. It's got just over 900 hrs and needs a rebuild. Jd wants $2800 for a replacement engine. Thanks

I'd suggest a scangauge2 then. It'll monitor everything you need. I believe advance still sells them. Also Edge cts is a nice unit which may be more what your looking for.

Delete the Egr or upgrade it sinister makes a nice unit. Flush the entire coolant system with distiller water and refill with a quality ELC. Pick up a nice coolant filter, always use Ford oil and fuel filters ( nothing else). Change to a good synthetic oil Rotella T 6 is what I run. Keep an eye on your batteries and alternator. If they drop levels they can ruin your FICM. Which I'd consider upgrading anyway. Throw some Rev x in it every so often to prolong injector life. Get yourself a good set of gauges, minimal would be a boost and pyro. Picking up a scangauge2 is also helpful. They really are good solid motors that will last a long time, but proper maint and educating your self are the big things. They got a bad rap by uneducated people bashing them.

Does anyone rent out Car trailer's to handle a Truck or Van? Needing something to handle a 138" wheelbase and about 4700lbs. I think Uhaul and Penske only offer up to 125" WB.

Selling this for a good friend of mine, for its age it's a very nice truck. Interior is nice but could use a cleaning to be a very nice interior. Exterior is very nice.
