Not just rain, remember their's wind too. Downed power lines blown transformer's, trees comming down on lines, people losing power using alternative heating sources etc.

You guys do know the femur is above the knee right. The Tibia and Fibula are below the knee. Its a knee issue, he may have a tib fib break as well but the twisted leg is all knee.
