if its been maintained it should be fine I would take it somewhere and get it checked out before you buy it though -

I run a humidifier in the winter helps make the house feel warmer in the summer the a/c keeps the humidity pretty close to 50 so I don't worry about it

find the vats wires cut them and strip the ends put the key in and hook up an ohm meter between the wires figure the resistance and then go buy a resistor thats as close as you can get and wire it in

you have to trim the heater box on the jeeps some unless it already ate the updated resistor (wich is entirely possible)
