If the contract is locked in but not put thru now would be perfect before his score is effected by the large purchase. 1 day to 2 years is where the score usually takes the biggest hit. I could be wrong but i think im right about the general time frame.

I do title work for our dealership. In a trade you have to put a value on the trade. But i called the title office to make sure. Exact words are that you have to put a value but they dont care what the value is nor can they set it for you. So put 50 bucks on it and call it a day.

Buy it yesterday....... I tried to buy a 96 Impala SS with 165k miles other day for 3500 and could not get there before it sold. Was on the lot for about 4 hours total and sold.

Insurance can be a pain not sure details but i know some homeowners policies wont cover them without extreme premiums.

Need a set of 4 new or used tires for a 94 Bonneville SSEi need size 225/60/16 (ish) range. Not to worried about brand name just need functional rubber. All season prefered.

I got a ticket last year for having a car parked on the street in front of my house with expired tags on it. I was told i couldnt park it with no tags. So i put its own expired tags back on it till i sold the car. It was then towed for being parked in front of my house for 72 hours without moving. Cause i was in process of moving to newark and had started a new job. Impound towing fees were worth more then the 100 dollar car so i just gave them title. Yeah there are some serious issues with some laws about tags and so on.

Anyone have any experience with high speed buffers. Best worst. We need to pick one up here for our shop and the autozone orbitals are not cutting it. This may be in the wrong section not sure. Thanks in advance

She has bronchitis. Got her a inhaler and it cleared it right up and she fell asleep.

Timeline= wife starts coughing at about 10pm says she is fine fast forward 5 hours later still coughing At about midnight little boy wakes up and is burning up getting him some medicine and put him in bath to help cool him off takes about hour to get fever to break. Get sons fever to break wife still coughing tell her she needs to go to hospital cause it sounds like she is gonna destroy something when she coughs. Get home at 6am fall asleep get up for work at 8am. Get call from brother air conditioner is broke. 3 days to get it fixed. (at least its cheap 150 bucks) I just wanna sleep. On a positive note im getting cable interenet installed at home today first time with high speed in a long time.

To get a new heating element i would need to know make model and should be easy to replace correct?

So problem not drying clothes. I would assume potentially heating element is out on it. But it seems to be drying a little bit but not getting real hot. Vent=Not clogged good passage to outside Breaker=Good Lint Filter=Free of Lint Anything else i might try before i get my other dryer out of storage. I have a almost brand new dryer in storage but i dont feel like driving 1.5 hours since i am still getting rest of stuff moved into my new house.

If it is a dealership sold warranty its very difficult. Alot of the warranties are outside companies doing them and they are much easier to get the money back from. I worked for a dealership and extended warranties and paint protection 2 biggest rip offs a dealerships has. Not because they are not good products or services but because they are very overpriced.
