I am going wednesday to potentially get financing on a house. It will be my first and Im really excited. My question is i know the market is not the most stable right now and interests seem to be all over the place. I am going to be buying the house from my Mother in law. The house is roughly a 150k+ home and she is going to sell to us at about 100k. What can i expect payment wise. She has also stated that for the first 5 years she will pay the property taxes and insurance on the home. Anyone that might do this for a living feel free to contact me. If you have any thoughts as to what a general payment would be on the home as well.

Some of the guys that work for that place need a serious reality check. Grats on the new job i havent thought one time about going back since i left. But i did the walk out after picking up check and then they tried for a week to get me to come back. I just cant handle all the bs of some of the larger dealerships.

I was playing around with a Trailblazer SS last year when it was icy and snowy in a parking lot. Even in 5 inches of snow was getting traction with authority. Definately a fun SUV. I would love to have both a Trailblazer SS and a Grand Cherokee SRT-8.

Large Suv's have typically very bad resale within first 3 years of ownership. I just dont see how he can try and hold insurance company responsible for market trends. Hopefully this one gets shot down quick or there will be more lawsuits out messing everything up.

Not siding with Denny Dotson cause i dont like there practices. But they are in a car market that can be very up and down. They are taking a huge risk on buying that car. I bet they end up selling it for about 10-12k at the most unless someone absolutely loves it.
