I will upload some photos tonight and post them up. Took the family to Dawes for my sons yearly school pictures. Mom,dad and grandma decided to make the trip as well. I think we took close to 800-900 photos yesterday between the wife myself and my mother.

So a shop didnt diagnose a intermittent problem with a "starting" issue. And a "sound" in the rear end of the car and now they are crooks? They took care of the "sound" issue at no charge. Maybe I am missing something. Oh and something else to think about. What happens after you get your ASE and you cant get a car to duplicate a problem. Then customer comes back after problem gets worse and tells you that you ripped him off and you need to fix his problem free of charge. Which could be up to and including many hours of labor.
