  1. So you drive stage-to-stage? Seems pretty good, are each of the stages a pretty decent amount of time each?

Depends on the number of entrants and how much you can see from the spectator areas. Usually 3 minutes between the top 4 cars (allow the dust to settle), then one minute between the rest of the cars, sometimes 2 or 3 minutes if its a really dusty event.

  2. Great! My only concern is working 8 am sunday morning (planning to leave the rally around 6 or 7 on saturday and drive back to Columbus afterward), but I think the trip will prove to be worth it! Is there shuttling or something to get from one stage to the next, during the rally?

It varies from event to event. "Rarely" is my experience with that, STPR had VIP shuttling to some of their stages. Parking at rallies tends to be the same for everyone: drive up a dirt road, turn around (to face the direction you will be going when you exit) and park on the side of the road. Also leave a few cars before the last one on stage, or else traffic will be a nightmare. Also, you go to every other stage or every second stage, it is physically impossible to see the stages one after another.

  3. Patrick (thats his username too) and I go to STPR every year, and we have gone to Sno Drift once. My dad was also a rally driver in the SCCA days (before they got divorced and became Rally America). I have lots of videos on my youtube channel, but here is one that gives a good idea of what to expect. 100 Acre Wood is arguably the fastest event in the series as well, so its a good one to go to.

  4. $35 a month for me, the Time Warner 3mbit tier is just fine for one dude in an apartment. Also the $8 a month for netflix. Everything else its torrents and I watch tons and tons of shows on YouTube. YouTube could practically be considered a cable provider now.

I wanted WOW, but its not offered where I live.

  5. Jailbreak Apps:

SBSettings, PandoraSkips, MyWi, My3G, Five Icon Dock, WinterBoard, MxTube, PasswordPilot, trying to find more. Been out of the jailbreak game a while, need to know what else is hip with the kids now.

Regular apps that get used the most:

Facebook, FB Messenger, CapitalOne, Barclaycard, Nelnet Loan Assit, Photobucket, Netflix, Yelp, Mint.com, TouchBanking, Google Maps, PayPal, SmartGlass, Google Chrome, Amazon, Pizza Hut, PapaJohns, iHeartRadio, RDP Lite, Free Ping, LogMeIn, App Gratis, MyFitnessPal, Flashlight

  6. I am in the beginning stages of starting a small apparel company. This will be a company that is geared towards the automotive/racing market. Below I have some basic market research questions that I would appreciate some serious answers to.

What factors do you consider when purchasing automotive and racing apparel?

Things that have simple things on them, used in a complex way.

Do you like shirts that are more graphics based, or saying based?

Graphics, but it depends on how meaningful the saying is. IE I would wear a Colin McRae "If in doubt, flat out." shirt, but not one that says "FULL PULL!"

What do you like or dislike about automotive and racing apparel currently on the market?

Branding with a side of branding with branding sprinkled on top. See anything with Monster WRT/Hoonigan Racing Division on it.

What would you like to see improved on in the current offerings for automotive and racing apparel?

I like automotive apparel that is more specific to types of racing and racing history rather than "HERES MY TEAM AND ALL OF MY SPONSORS".

What is the price range would you pay for automotive or racing apparel?

Depends on how much I love the product. I have paid as much as $50 for stuff from Terra Firma Clothing as its hard to find a place that checks all of the boxes of stuff I like.

I own a lot of stuff and lots of people have commented on the stuff I wear from Terra Firma Clothing. They make rally inspired apparel that is not what you normally see right now, ie MRT/HRD. http://www.terrafirmaclothing.com/shop/
