Revolving credit is good for building credit. If you don't have a card you should have one, just keep it under control. Keep a low limit, only use it in emergencies. I have a $5000 limit card sitting in a drawer at home, if someone dies and I need plane tickets or need to buy a furnace ... you get the point. I pay all my balances off each month, I use my home equity line, that way I can write off the interest. I keep my HE Line down to zero when possible.

I read about a guy that had a flight cancelled by Delta for weather. He booked the same flight on Jet Blue and flew home. You have a mac, get a VM of XP.

One cause can be floors that flex a bit too much, makes the bulbs unscrew and they aren't actually blown. Watch for eco bulbs because they are meant to be with the coil UP. If you put them the other way the heat from the electronics in the base cannot dissipate and they blow.

I am an ODU LEAD graduate. I wouldn't say inexpensive and LEAD in the same paragraph. You get out of education, what you put into it. If you are a slacker, you will not get much out of it. If you knuckle down, ask questions, and basically have a good work ethic, you will go far. I don't think the institution is at fault for you being a slacker, ever. Devry teaches in a more tech-school format and aim for a certain type of student. (intelligent underachievers) ITT is similar. OSU wants your tuition and as many of you as it can get. either way, an education is important, just as important has a good work ethic.

Just suspend the card, don't use it anymore, and you can keep the old rate on the balance you have. Then get rid of them.
