At 23 I doubt you are paying cash. Are you planning on financing? FHA? You will probably have a bit of trouble if you want FHA.

Other than posting this in the wrong section, and the nearly unreadable context, I don't see why you won't get hired based on this post alone. Here is a thought, utilize some basic sentence constructs (capital letters, questions have question marks...) and form a complete thought before posting.

Letter on company stationery that says you are traveling with the laptop. It is pretty stupid but I have had it asked before.

You can carry more than one domestically, you can have 10 if you can fit it in the carryon bags. Internationally, it depends on the country. Mexico, I think, requires a letter stating you own it and need it for work. That actually is a good idea for any country.

I am in California quite a bit and splitting lanes is very legal there, same with other places that are very congested (London Eng. for instance). Is this practice legal in Ohio?

I would get it to a vet as soon as you can. If your dog has bloat it will die very quickly. xrays show obstructions.
