If you have having problems you need to call and tell them what the problem is and give them the opportunity to fix it. If they cannot fix it you need to call every day and basically state that if they aren't going to fix your problem you need to be let out of the contract. As someone that deals with the airline industry pretty often, I will never fly them. Mostly because their business model is to operate out of cheap airports (vegas is really expensive to get gate time) and I need to go to major cities. They serve a purpose, in-expensive airtravel to some popular destinations (or close by). They use a business model that has worked for Ryan Air so they will probably be around but I cannot stand cattle seating and being Platinum on Delta means I get first class most of the time I purchase coach tickets.
