you mean you only have the car on 2 jackstands? or do you consider a set 4? i have mine up on 4 still, since i'm doing other things, but the only thing I needed a jack for after getting the car on the stands was to raise the back of the motor level again to slide the input shaft in the housing. other than that it wasn't needed. took me about 7hrs start to finish on saturday, not bad for my first time.
hmm, next weekend. i'll try and have the car back together by then, i have yet to make it to one of these, sounds like fun. Was there a good turnout last time?
well its a ford, c'mon, lol, but at first i meant 440whp NA, that's healthy. But second, the 5.0l is only good for 450whp, you can hit 500whp, but it might not stay together long. Yes, it sucks, but its also from the 80's, lol, mine is an 89.
got another issue.
i tried to remove the top bolt of the smog pump, its super long and goes through the alt bracket to the block, well it feels "weird" like its super tough to turn, but it will turn a lil bit, it feels like its going to snap, you know?
any ideas of what to do?
and dave, how in the fuck can you get away with that signature? LOL, it takes up my entire page just looking at your two pictures, I'm SURE that's over the limit, haha
brian, what do you put down on motor alone/trap? i'm hoping to get spray here in the next few weeks, defintiely by norwalk, but I think you'd still own me on a 125 shot but it could be fun, never know.
i dunno, but if its mustang/car related or tools I could always use some, i'd be willing to come dig around in the garage or at a yard sale/whatnot.
i've moved twice on my own, after moving out of my parents i mean, and i went from bexley, to worthington, to dublin, lol, not too far.
