Congrats, any dates set or idea of when you guys tie the knot?

So yeah, I'm bad at christmas and I still haven't finished, well kinda started I guess, but that's besides the point. I want to get my dad a ticket or whatever to a driving event, like that we could go to together. My dad's been going through some ups and downs, divorce and just work stuff and I've been way to busy to really spend any time with him, so I thought this would be cool, get to drive fast and do it together. Anyways, never done anyhting like this, and I dont care if we drive our own cars or the track's cars, but where would I get something like this? If possible can I do it for under $100/person? If that's not a good idea, what do you recommmend for a 45 y/o dad going through a mid-life crisis, lol. thanks guys, christmas is like tomorrow, haha damn.

doesn't have to be street legal, doesn't have to be reliable, shit ONE single 7 second pass would make this fair. My friend argues that you get more bang for your buck if you dump $40k into a $10k hayabusa, which is cool having a 550hp busa, but still just as pointless as a 7 second street car. this wasn't meant to be taken serious, i just think its possible and he doesnt, oh well.

A friend and I are having a friendly disagreement. He says there's no way in hell you can get a car into the 7's in the quarter with only $50k invested, including the price of the car. I disagree, stating that surely its possibly, I mean $50k is a LOT of money. I used the idea of John Shep and dsm's, an AWD turbo dsm can be bought for $1k or less, so with the remaining $49k don't you think it's possible? What do you guys think and what car could do it?

all stock? It kinda sounds like what happened on a previous car of mine. I had a bov that wasn't recirc'd, so just after pushing the clutch in/getting to a stop, it'd idle rough for a few seconds and then level out.

I'm looking to pull the engine/trans out of my mustang anytime between Jan. 13-21 as I'm off. I would like to borrow an engine hoist/puller from someone for a day or two, if possible. I just need to pull the engine and sit it on the ground. Thanks for any help. Matt

Ok, I've got like literally a 13month old dryer, which had a 1yr warranty, and anyways, just this week it isnt getting hot to dry the clothes. Its a Frigidaire Gallery front loader, what should I check first? It blows the air and spins fine, just doesn't get warm/hot. We do like 2 loads a day so I need this fixed ASAP.

hey kyle, a friend of mine has his own shop up at the continent, he does great work and even better prices. he's done around 7 of my cars and quite a few of my friends, no complaints. He also used to be the head guy at Quality but branched off to open his own shop to make more money. PM me if you want his number.
