  1. Car looks awesome, nice save. No room to talk, lol, I fit my car in my one car garage w/ all our shit, including kids bikes/cars/toys/lawnmower shit, etc. It's tight but I like parking in the garage in bad weather so it happens. What I'd give for a 3 car garage....
  2. I've had 5% and 15% when younger, but will be doing 35% all the way around on my car mainly to cut heat/sun and I feel that anything lighter (50%) is a waste IMO.
  3. I did the assessment and have an interview, wish me luck!
  4. There is/was a stupid clean blue one w/ like 30k miles on it on buckeyestangs for like $21k i think....even the exhaust is polished....sexy wheels, etc, whole 9 yards for sure. Check it out.
  5. SVT Car show at Germain Ford tomorrow during the day. C&C tomorrow morning. Spec Cobra race at Midohio. Boating on Sunday.
  6. Planning on being there, my dad's bringing his Cobra, then we're going to the Spec Cobra races at Midohio if anyone wants to spectate there as well.
  7. I've got an HP I'd probably sell for $300ish. New hard drive and upgraded ram last year. DVD burner, wireless, great battery w/ charger, etc etc.
  8. Interested in the 1/4" and 3/8" torque wrenches but you'll have to do better on price. New they are $16 for the 1/4" and $17.50 for the 3/8". You're asking $35 for them both used but I can go buy them new for $33.50, how does that make sense? I'll give you $20 for both...
  9. Meh, appreciate the info, but... My loan is slightly more DTI is less I don't escrow do live in franklin and currently have a 4.875% 30yr fixed conventional I got back in Feb. 09. Not worth the hassle/fees for 3/8ths percent. Thanks again for checking though.

    Need A Plumber....

I did buy the valve today at lowes, $12.xx w/ tax, going to replace it here soon. I guess if the tank is due shortly it wasn't much wasted at least.

    Need A Plumber....

But it's 6 years old, is that really necessary? All the info I found online was that these valves fail regularly and are recommended to be inspected/possibly replaced every 3 years. I thought a hot water tank should last 10-15 years? Appreciate your input, as I'm not too knowledgeable on the subject.

    Need A Plumber....

Pretty Much...well they said turn off the cold water only, don't worry about the gas and like I said just make sure the water is below the valve...:dumb:
  13. You know you can purchase a 4x8 trailer for like $250 from harbor freight right? Then you'll have one for whatever, or you can resell it once your there for at least half if not more. Just an fyi.

    Need A Plumber....

Video was helpful, I wasn't aware the entire thing spun off, I did look at it last night for a nut or something I could back off but didn't find one, that's why. But it doesn't tell me anything else I need to do/should do before changing it. Do I need to shut the gas off/water heater off? Do I need to just make sure the water is below that or do I have to drain the entire tank? Do I have to shut off the water supply lines prior? Just making sure, I don't want a bigger headache because I failed to do something simple. Thanks again man, I'll run to lowes this afternoon hoping they are a standard size, otherwise I'll pull mine out first and take it with me. +rep

    Need A Plumber....

Well I posted this before googling, I'm not opposed to doing it myself, just haven't looked into it yet. Thanks for the link I'll check it out now, and I do have a bucket under it and have opened/closed it multiple times trying to seal it. It filled at 2 gallon bucket in about 12 hours.
  16. My hot water tank is leaking ever so slowly from the temperature relief valve, and my regular plumber hasn't gotten back to me, so I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation. Thanks

  18. Could also be that she is in an SUV up higher and you're in a low slung sports car so her lights 'appear' to be blinding you.
  19. Bring them to Columbus the next weekend you come and I'll buy them, I'll PM you my number.
  20. Ok....30 year fixed, 65% LTV, 790+ beacon/perfect history, owner occupied. What is a rate you'd put on that and the associated closing costs? Just curious if it'd be worthwhile.
  21. Already seen it. :fuckyeah:
  22. Applied, thanks for the heads up.
