Ok, just because...has ANYONE used the BFG drag radials? Reason I ask is because I got an email back and he said he'd take $100 for them, they are the right size for my wheels, so essentially there would be no other cost. This saves me $300 over the et streets, and I would think I would be able to get some decent times, maybe not 1.6 60 foots, but still under 2.0 and better than with street tires, right? Just looking for personal experiences if possible. Thanks

I've found the first two used, so obviously saves some money, but the et streets I've heard are best. so should I go with... 275/40/17 nitto's with 3 passes -come already mounted on wheels - $300obo sold 255/50/16 M/T's new- $400 - could mount on my factory wheels ?? Try and score the nitto's for like $200, since it would be the easiest. Or try and score the BFG's and a cheap set of like salad shooters or something for like $50. I'm stock besides lid/axle back exhaust - a4 w/ 3:23's. thanks

Yeah, I'm not sure on the difference between the 86 and 87 cars suspension wise, but that's the only differences I can think of, I would think the engine/trans mounts would be the same, and most likely the rear end. So if anything you might need 87+ front spindles to make it work with the Factory Five parts I have. Oh, and you're obviously going to need a shortened driveshaft, but I mean c'mon you knew that.

Not much, a few minor things, factory five upper control arms (I think I have a pair, $20 if I do) the piece that attaches the mustang spindle to the factory five control arms (think I have them, $20 if I do), um ford pinto upper balljoints (I just got them from napa cheap) and few other minor things, but honestly not much. The rear end/bolting it in is 100% mustang, the steering rack, lower control arms, front spindles, etc is 100% mustang, there are just a couple little custom pieces that make it all work together. Other than that nada.

Done. I will deliver it tomorrow if you'd like. Cash only.

That sounds good man, really good. How about interior noise difference? I generally wouldn't care for myself but whenever its nice out (all summer at least) I am planning on daily driving the car and have a 4 year old daughter, and some days we have to drive 60+ miles, so I can't have anything to ridiculous. Did you do a 3" OR Y-pipe at the same time and only got 15hp/14ftlbs? What would be the first few mods you'd do, if you did it again? LOL @ NotBrian, I thought you sold the Civic years ago...haha. That sucks the ls1 sounds crappy, I didn't think that was possible. But thanks for the heads up.
