    So...

in on first page, i have too much experience with crazy bitches, lol
  2. Just buy those big chunky light switches, the older style that make a noticeable CLICK or whatever when moved, and they are solid/harder to move, maybe that'd help?
  3. http://www2.nbc4i.com/cmh/news/local/article/1_person_shot_4_arrested_on_northeast_side/30077/ Good shot by that guy, and must've been pretty quick on the draw.

    TAX TIMEEE!

It's really a non-issue in times like these. Realistically for a person getting back $3000, the difference between a lump sum at the end of the year and $250/month for the year, is most likely less than a $30 savings with interest rates as they are currently. I shit $30, so the relief it is on my conscience to know that I will definitely have a refund and NOT owe at the end of the year, is worth it.

    TAX TIMEEE!

^^^It's pretty easy. I think the child tax credit is $3200/each, I know that I get damn close to that back for my daughter, so w/ 3 kids and married, I'm sure its possible. Oh, and this year it's all savings, hoping to take a big vacation this fall!
  6. Got a Winchester 12gauge shotgun from a buddy and I'm not sure what to pick up for target practice and home protection... I got two barrels with it, the one currently on the gun says "Winchester Model 1200 - 12GA - 2-3/4 CHAM." Then under that it says "RIOT" Also, on the end of this barrel is a "Deluxe Poly Choke" ??? It says Full X-Full Slug and can be unscrewed from the barrel. What is it? The other barrel is longer and says "Winchester Model 1300 -12 GAUGE - 2 3/4 & 3". Then under that it says "Rifled Barrel Deer Slug". Anyways, It hasn't been used in 5+ years according to my buddy so what should I do to make sure its ready to rock and roll? And of course, what do you guys recommend to buy for target (just want to take it out for a few to get a feel for it and clean the cobwebs out) and then what should I use for Home Protection? Thanks
  7. LOL, do what my mom does...she puts aluminum foil on the couch, like the kitchen stuff, wraps it on the ends and on the front of the pillows, keeps the dog off.

    Pretty neat!

http://www.treehugger.com/files/2010/01/watch-tiny-transformer-apartment-video.php Would be cool if it was cost effective for single people at least, or college dorm rooms?

  10. i *think* you technically have 30 days to transfer your plates/registration to your new car. But yeah, just slap your other plates on the car for the drive home, just be sure to have the notarized title/bill of sale on your person and unless you're driving like a complete jackass, you'll be fine. and you just pay the sales tax here when you register it in your name if you buy private party. if you buy from a dealership, i think you have the option but most likely they will just collect the taxes that are due for franklin county at time of purchase. i drove from ATL with NO plates because I forgot my plate when I went out of state with friends to buy a new car, we did 80 and 90mph the entire way home and didn't have one issue.
  11. Not according to the salesman at vances I worked with today. i dunno

  13. Went and checked out the m&p and xd sc today at vances, feeling the xd much more. have a lead on a slightly used one for $300 i think...hoping that pans out, otherwise i'm prob gonna pick up the xd new this weekend, after hopefully meeting up with evolved to try his out. Oh and the m&p compact was $529 at vances, and only came with one mag. the xd sc was $419 and came w/ 2 mags, 1 was extended, a speedloader, lock, case, and holster.
  14. you teh ghey or something? no womenz?
  15. I've personally used Telhio CU on two car loans, but my gf works at Midstate Educators CU and they have good rates too. Back in 2004 I bought a 98 car and got 6% for 60 months. I was 18 and it was my first loan/anything. I used them to buy another car in 2006, another 98 car and I got 4.65% for 48 months. I can ask my gf current rates if you want, but I haven't had a car loan in a couple years. She has one now, granted its on a 2008 model, but she bought it used and got 4.24% for 72 months.
  16. Awesome, did you get all that for the $419 + tax? I'd love to meet up some time, I've got plenty of ammo. Are you available this weekend at all?
  17. oh ok, i just was looking on vances site, the regular size is 4.14" versus the 3.9" on the ruger, at least thats what they put, hope i can find some nice guns to rent tomorrow and then we'll be in touch. any idea how much the compact m&p goes for?
  18. ^^That could work. What's better for you, days or evenings? And do you carry the M&P full time? It's got a longer barrel than my ruger i sold and people always said that's too big to carry, so what's the difference?
  19. I'm going to NASR tomorrow with a buddy most likely, we'll rent a few guns and hopefully I can get a feel for them. Evan, I kind of remember shooting yours, anyway we can meet up again before the months end? I've got ammo and everything, you can fire mine if you want, but it'd be nice to try it out again.
  20. For sure annuity. Over the long term, since that's what you're going for you will minimize your risks while maximizing your returns. Savings bonds are crap, you won't make jack. Tell me how long you want it to last and I will tell you how much you can spend each year, or tell me how much you want to be able to spend per year and I'll tell you how long it'll last. All estimates of course, but real hard numbers.
  21. Why? That's why they make phones, if people are interested they will contact the seller.
