I broke at norwalk two weeks ago. I was on the big end and Boom I hit the rev limiter. After I slowed down I realizes I had no tranny. Havent taken it apart yet. Its either the torque converter or the input shaft on the trans. I could have fixed it but I have big things going on this winter and needed the early start. Pulling the engine and trans together very soon. I coasted to an 9.86 with my MPH 5 lower than the pass before.

you either have a spindle issue or your not setting the bearings up correctly

tree fell on the powerlines in the front of my property. They are replaceing a pole and the lines now. There are alot of big tree's near my shop so I moved the TA over to the garage at the house, much safer. On another note there was a turkey in my back yard yesterday.

those plugs were changed right before I went to the track. That pump was 2 years old and its the newer 342 style

Went to 42 last night. First pass blew the tires off, Second pass I pulled the nitrous way back, still spun a little but cut a 1.42 60' The 1/8 was ok down about 1 mph then it layed down hard on the big end, only trapped 135. It didnt show lean on the logs. Next pass it goes lean and detonates HARD. It appears the fuel pump layed down on me, I changed the pump but I cant try it until I get some more plugs they will be here tomorow. I cant believe that there are no signs that I pushed any water. How the heads didnt lift I will never now. Cometics FTW. I wont know for sure until I lean on it again but every other time I lifted a head I new right away. Might be fun. I would leave the tires out of it. The drag radials they make are as fast as slicks at any of the levels anybody here runs. May want to make just two catagories LSX and anything else. You know a fast list and a little bus list.

11 sec street cars are bad assed. My car weighs 3980 with my 250# in it so the 4155# was a skinny passenger in the front seat for me. My car is still a full weight air conditioned car. Im not much for white cars but that looks bad assed with the stripes. Put the wolfe 5 point in with a swing out arm. Its not bad and people really look at you funny at the grocery store when you swing that bar out. You coming to the track rental saturday? There is no tech to speak of at 42

Cammed car does not = stock long block. Just to set the bar for you I ran back to back 10.78's with a completely stock long block. I never had a valve cover off of the car. (just a little shot of juice)

you can always pull up on my trailer and check it out. I have an open center trailer that makes it a two minute job to wipe/check your engine. They have never checked my bottle the two times I have been there.
