update: change the TPS, nothing. Got my hands on code reader. have pending codes po171 and po174. lean in both banks. is there a way to check the 02's before replacing them since they are so new. have looked for vacum leaks and sprayed starting fliud around to look for leaks. any ideas? would love to find someone with a comp to see what is going on....

I don't know if they will give him a title fight right off the bat. There are 2 reasons for this I think.

 

1. He might want a test to see how well he has recovered.

 

2. When he headlines 2 pay per views you get double the money.

 

But you are right there is a good chance they will just toss him right into a title fight but it would be better business to give him 2.

 

but lensar is not going to settle for anything less than his title back............

well mir and carwin are fighting for the iterim belt, so he will face the winner of that fight. so yes it will be a title fight, its his belt to defend.....

Stripped the car down yesterday of all the stuff I added -rims, stereo, etc. Looked like only the steering gear and balljoints were messed up outside of the minor cosmetic damage. I'm honestly surprised it was totalled without them even getting into what was wrong mechanically.

I never once said I would yell at anyone. Nor have I EVER got angry on the phone dealing with insurance companies. People are easy to get to do what you want if you know how to approach them. You assume that cause I have a strong dislike for what you do and what insurance companies do to people that I would b e angry in dealing with you or your company. You assume wrong I dont have to get angry in the least bit to get what I want. Sometimes you cant hate the player you gotta hate the game.

I hope you are honest in what you do for a living. Cause I have seen first hand how shady insurance companies can be.

 

see thats just it, there is nothing you can do or say in this situation. dosen't matter how good of a talker you are. it seems from what Kevin has said, there is just no coverage right now to handle the claim. not saying there won't be any once all parties are contacted. but right now there is nothing.....

 

again, I know this whole thing sucks for Kevin and I agree, but look at it from the outside.

 

if you let someone borrow your car and they wrecked it, would you want your insurance company to just pay out on your policy making your premiums go up without them even speaking with you first?? I wouldn't, maybe that person took your car without your permission?? now, it shouldn't take this long to get in touch with someone but thats the hold up.

As of today they haven't gotten ahold of the man's daughter who owns the car. LOL!

drewhop the malfunction is there is no covgerage as of now to do anything with. if there is no coverage there is nothing to pay out from. he could call and yell at who ever, it still wouldn't change. not even your hard ass can change it. it sucks really bad for him, but that sounds like whats going on.
