    thanks for the help Ken, but I knew what loan I was chosing. the plan was only to keep for a few years, and there was so much equity in it we wouldn't have a problem selling it.

    your right selling the house might be the hard part, althought I do have a lot of room to work with and its a very nice house with a great location. and I can refi, already looked into it. I am not worried, I just didn't know what happened after the 5 years was up. my payment could triple and I would still be fine....

    thanks for the heads up Ken, lol. But I could sell the house now for 20k profit and we make 2x the money now than we did. I knew what I was chosing, my wife was in school full time. so basically after the 5 years i will be paying a 25yr fixed loan? I think we are going to sell anyway, want something bigger. thanks for the info guys.

    yeah pryor needs to play the rest of the game. take away two plays and its a different game. One thing that has killed OSU in the big game in the past is the ability for the coaches to make adjustments at halftime......wil see whats changed. we are still in the game though.

    just curious why everyone thinks OSU will lose? if they played up to the level they played last year they ARE the best team in the country. Just cause they looked like poo last week dosen't mean they won't show up this week. if they would have ran over OU we wouldn't be having this discusion. They will show up, it will be a good game. its going to come down to mistakes. plan and simple. and if tres grows a pair and opens the play book.

    Whats the bolt pattern? i've got a set of et drags on an old set of cragers, i think they are 5 x 4.75. Or ive got the rims on my mustang that are 5 x 4.50, 4" fronts, 8" rears, good tires. 165/15 and 275/15, bfg radial ta's, may have a set of 275/50/15's that go with them as well. LMK

     

    not sure of the bolt pattern. its for a GM. I will ask him and do you have pics?
