make sure to get your parking ticket validated or you will pay a fortune for parking... I park in that garage for work and see signs all over the place about don't lose your ticket, etc...

I would normally not post this but because you are having some issues with selling I will tell you what made my house go from no foot traffic to sold... Number one thing if it's been showing that it's on the market for a long period of time, take it off the market for a few weeks so it now shows up as new on the market. Also, eliminate clutter, paint walls bright colors, and remove personal items. I know it sounds petty, but no clutter, bright walls, and no personal items (this includes crosses, etc..) People want to be able to picture themselves in your home, personalizing it makes them feel like they are in someone else's home. Also fix that basement wall by the stairs, it's the first thing that I noticed when I saw that picture and a little bit of mud and paint would fix that issue quickly. I hope this helps, it looks like a nice house and a cheap price... some easy changes should help attract that buyer :-)

I have either an 8 foot piece of 10 foot piece, I can't remember, it's 1/4 inch and I used it for my trailer rail...

the washer has an Err error... it might need reset... you can hear the pump kick on, the tumbler works but sometimes catches a little... I took off the belt and it spun freely as well as the motor seemed to spin freely... might be something stupid with the belt or pully... When I bought it, the valves had a big leak in them, I have replaced the entire valve assembly and now it doesn't leak water.

I have a front loader washer and dryer... dryer works great, washer has something going on with it.... no idea what, might be an easy fix, might be a PITA... 300... the dryer is worth that alone....

depending on what you're looking for rasberry pie might be a good alternative, they even make original controllers that will connect to them.

I was watching a video about these bikes today... apparently a school made a hybrid of this except that it has a body around it that makes it less wind resistant... top speed on it was 83mph... no down hill... just level ground.... holy shit, I couldn't imagine that I could pedal a bike to go that fast!

honestly, I have a harbor freight wire fed welder.... the wire it comes with is CRAP, go buy some lincoln wire and it turns into a decent welder. only thing I don't like is it's a hot tip welder which means that you don't have to pull the trigger to get it to arc.... the trigger only feeds the wire through... for the price it's a good beginner welder and honestly, you can make pretty decent welds with it.
